Hi, can you make a video about deed fraud, I saw a story of how here In Georgia its extremely easy to get your home taken for no reason because anyone can walk in to where they do deeds and commit deed fraud, and/or get your house placed on the auction. A lot of fraud is happening here in Georgia because of no judicial oversight.
I have a friend who lives in Douglasville, but their neighborhood is in Paulding County - what's the deal with that? Why wouldn't all of incorporated Douglasville be in Douglas County?
Douglasville falls into 2 counties - Paulding County and Douglas County. The city of Douglasville is a small portion of the overall residents of Douglasville (Unicorporated). If you are paying both city and county property taxes you live within the city limits. Thank you for watching.
Can't believe that they are building yet more apartments on Riverside at Hwy 92. Traffic is already bad in that area. Douglas County doesn't have anything to offer new younger residents. No brewery, no food eateries with outdoor space, no mixed use condos and shops.
There is meeting at Great Point/Lionsgate in June, planning the area between I-20 and Lee Rd. To make it more walkable/livable. You should attend. I posted to my RUclips channel. Thanks for watching

Apartments on one side of Riverside Dr. and a gas station on the other side with stores connected to the gas station. They also have some retail opporunities at Resia Triburay., futher down on Riverside. Thanks for watching.
i doubt the property value will increase in comparison to other counties like cobb, Forsyth, north Fulton, north gwinnett, also, Douglass county ranks very low in public education. if you have kids and want a competitive scholastic environment, i think Douglas county should be immediately crossed out.
Property value will absolutely increase and won’t be that far behind other metro counties. Population projections slated for growth and everybody can’t afford Cobb, Forsyth, Gwinett etc…. I watched one of my properties in coweta county double. Gotta think outside your own bubble.

I would just drive by they have the leasing information up and around in the area
