Wow, perfect the Zulu fresh chicken, now I got it, i am still battling to get the everyday masala, can they not deliver it to me I also need the up to date potatoes, and if they got the Zulu chicken I will buy it as well, your method is so simple and I can do it, all your recipes that I followed came out perfect expect for masala,
Hi Cynthia, please send me a direct message on Instagram please. My link is in the drop down description of every video. Let me see if I can arrange the masala for you. Love Solina ❤️🥰
Hi Solina I always buy the zulu chicken I see you cook yours for 30 min are you adding a tenderizer as mine takes almost an 1 hour before the chicken is ready to add the potatoes love you recipes 👌🙏
Hi Seema, thank you so much 💕 zulu chicken takes much longer to cook and I don’t have a tenderiser. So it does take approximately an hour in total. When you watch the video I say first cook for 30mins. You can essentially cook the chicken pieces on its own for 30-40mins, then I say to add the potatoes ( depending on the type of potato- it could take between 25-35mins in total to cook). Before the last 10mins while the chicken & potato continues to cook I add the eggs etc Here i waited for about 15-20mins, then I added the eggs. Only once the potatoes are fully cooked at the end is the curry ready. You can check with a knife. I have broken it down for you but overall the chicken ends up being cooking for an hour. Use this as a guideline. If you feel your chicken is tougher then cook it longer before you add your potatoes. I hope this helps. Happy cooking. Lots of love ❤️ Solina
Your chanel is soul touching! Had a hectic day,in CT,and relaxed with you cooking home food. Wish I could get Nagiah's Masala and Zulu chicken And Up to date potatoes here in CapeTown!! You make want Ama's food!! You are Special!!

This is so satisfying to watch. I enjoyed it. I can see how much dedication and hard work you poured into it. I can't wait for more videos to come. Good job to you.❤👌
I have this standing rule, chicken isnt chicken if its not of the fresh, tough type. I really have no "respect" for force fed, from "egg to full grown overnight " chicken and I am saying this loosely. The difference in cooking methods are clesrly obvious, with the fresh chicken you get that deep, beautifully colour and ofcourse, the aroma..forcefed chicken well..I wont even comment, soft and well...without character. Sol u nailed this just like our mothers did its rich, its got that superb colour, its in one one..splendid and heres the thing, it makes you want to cook this right now. Your methods are exactly as I know and this curry with roti is well....deeply gratifying. This was such a lovely watch and made me reminisce cooking this outside in a 3 legged cast iron pot on fire with the guys on a Saturday afternoon, it just spells home..Team Perima again, your progress in galvanizing our traditions are whole heartedly welcome, this is another cog in the university of life and you have excelled...
Dear Randy, I know exactly what you mean... nothing fresher than “running fowl “😅 I don’t usually cook soft, dressed chicken but have had so many requests that I will try to upload, hope you understand. That deep intense flavour as you know is what makes this fresh chicken curry dish far superior. Talking about the three legged pot, I cooked outside on mine yesterday & had my curry for breakfast. The taste of fire 🔥 🪵food is on another level of deliciousness. Love Solina 💕
