It’s a matte finish, so it’s not a bright pink. I’m so happy for y’all that you finally have a house to nest in! I love that you each surprised the other on Easter. Don’t ever lose the magic! I was supper occupied with quarantine and what's going on in the world and o suddenly remembered Jess is due in May and came to check out the channel... This video Just made me so happy. Both of you are just so positive human beings. Things have been too depressing around and I just wanted to thank you for making me smile today. Take care .
when jess was opening the old couple's photoshoot pics and talking about the past and you it just felt like you are family..like i know you ARE, and you're married and a kid on the way but that moment just felt very unique to me i dont know..made me wish i had someone i knew long enough to be like A FAMILY with.. very cute sending you blessings
When your child is old enough to walk and look for eggs on its own leave little bunny prints using a bunny paw stencil and some baby powder leading up to your child's bed. My mother did this to my brother when he started hearing there was no Easter bunny or Santa Claus. After seeing the paw prints he was a believer for a few more years. You can vacuum up the "bunny dust" when Easter is over. My ex and I did this same thing to our two youngest nephews and they were totally convinced the Easter bunny was real. The only problem was I started giggling while my ex and I were doing it and the kids almost woke up. 😁
so....this is how life is like when you marry your best friend ? how lovely you two! your little girl will be the happiest for having such a happy-loving parents. 😍
Watching this just less than a month before closing on my first home! I’m so glad that despite everything I’m still going to be able to make this exciting leap!

I literally watched this entire video and had no idea it was over 30 mins. This reminds me so much of when we were moving into our first house but we never had a camera so we haven't got the memories saved. You will look back on this and smile so much in the future. I always tell people it took us that long to find the instruction book! I was concerned about the baby basket as well. May need to reconsider using for baby and just put toys etc in it. My tastes had changed and I got rid of the pink flowered plates, so I completely understand about the toaster and kettle (although I love the shapes of them). today I went to the local supermarket to buy absorbent paper and as I am very observant I confused the toilet paper with the absorbent paper for the kitchen! and when I wanted to exchange the toilet paper for the absorbent paper it was too late because of the curfew! the supermarket in the video looks a bit like the supermarkets here! keep everything in the boxes as long as you can because an empty house is an inexhaustible source of inspiration! once again CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW HOME!

It's so amazing to see you both looking to you old memories AND building IKEA furniture without getting crazy about eacht other. Remember when I build our new furniture with my husband - we went all crazy everytime anything doesn't goes well :) :) :) . Wish you all the best and much health for your family and your new home!
I use my mortar and pestle all the time! We don't use it so often in western cooking (I'm in Perth too) but it's really handy for making spice blends and crushing salt and pepper together to be sprinkled over meat for roasting. It's the kinda thing you'll never use, but then you'll give it a go one day, and soon you'll be wondering what you ever did without it. Plus if you have kids and have to give them medication, you can crush the tablet up and mix it with jam and the kid can take the medication that way.

I use my mortar and pestle all the time! We don't use it so often in western cooking (I'm in Perth too) but it's really handy for making spice blends and crushing salt and pepper together to be sprinkled over meat for roasting. It's the kinda thing you'll never use, but then you'll give it a go one day, and soon you'll be wondering what you ever did without it. Plus if you have kids and have to give them medication, you can crush the tablet up and mix it with jam and the kid can take the medication that way.
