    Seldowitz was deputy director/senior political officer in the U.S. State Department’s Office of Israel and Palestinian Affairs from 1999 to 2003.

Hate crime is only a penalty enhancement i.e. you need a crime to attach to. Here the crime was stalking. the burden of proof for hate crime attached enhancement is "but for" causation. Seldowitz's jury would have to believe he would not have stopped and shittalked someone absent them being a muslim. i think he would still stop if it was a white college kid etc. imo if i was on a jury i wouldnt convict on the hate crime. theres case law for this being a weak hate crime. Having "officials" like Seldowitz who are bigoted against certain citizens is a tragedy, but is not new at all. The world over, citizens often elect people because of their biases against certain demographics. Witness the Netherlands' recent support of anti-Muslim candidates. The world is too long gone from being saved by love and kindness. What the world needs is total separation of the races (which will never happen). Native Americans in the Americas, Canada, and the Caribbean. Europeans in Europe. Africans in Africa. Indians in India. Middle Easterns in the Middle East. Mongoloids in Mongoloid Asian countries, and so forth and so on. The problem started and starts when races intermingle because our cultures, traditions, and perspective of the world and reality becomes combustible when we intermingle. Even when we're assimilated into another race's culture and traditions after hundreds of years, we're still combustible when intermingling. The reality is Eurasians are bent on dominating and controlling the earth's land and natural resources as we can see by their countless missions to conquer the world, and their missions of conquest are universally praised by their own kind, e.g., Alexander the Great and his conquest of the ancient world, or Genghis khan and his conquests. I understand that complete separation seems far-fetched, and it wouldn't be accepted because Eurasians want to continue their conquest of the earth's land and natural resources, but total separation is the only remedy.

He actually says that he doesn't support any such groups when Seldowitz accused him of supporting Hamas, even though the vendor can't even speak fluent English. But Seldowitz would continue to stalk and harass the man day after day and the other clips show Seldowitz mocking his religion, calling his prophet a rapist, saying that the Koran should be used as a toilet, and threatening his father to be kidnapped and tortured by the Egyptian secret service (which Seldowitz could possibly make happen given his connections). It was in fact the police who suggested to the vendor that he get some video of Seldowitz's daily visits, which he did on 3 occasions, and that was then enough to warrant an arrest. The world is too long gone from being saved by love and kindness. What the world needs is for everyone to agree to total separation of the races (which will never happen). Even when we're assimilated into another race's culture and traditions after hundreds of year, we're still combustible when intermingling. The reality is Eurasians are bent on dominating and controlling the earth's land and natural resources as we can see by their countless missions to conquer the world, and their missions of conquest are universally praised by their own kind, e.g., Alexander the Great and his conquest of the ancient world, or Genghis khan and his conquests, to identify a couple. I understand that complete separation seems far-fetched, and it wouldn't be accepted because Eurasians want to continue their conquest of the earth's land and natural resources, but total separation is the only remedy.

This guy is an AdamHenry and deserves to be banned from bothering people by getting a restraining order, not arrested. I've heard and seen much worse coming from political opponents, yet no arrests. What kind of charge is “aggravated harassment”?

      Probably due to the hateful component. There are other forms of aggravated harassment. See the state penal code

    • @afunnymans
      @afunnymans 10 месяцев назад +23

      Aggravated Harassment is when a perpetrator makes outright threats against a person’s safety while harassing them, whereas other harassment charges do not require specific threats of harm. For example, if I knocked on your door for five minutes every day and refused to leave when asked, I would be guilty of harassing you even if I did not say anything. In the case of Seldowitz, he threatened to use his connections in Egypt to have the cart employee’s parents captured and tortured. It happened in the video recorded at night, it’s on RUclips if you want to verify for yourself. Because he made an outright threat of harm, it’s aggravated harassment.
