Seldowitz was deputy director/senior political officer in the U.S. State Department’s Office of Israel and Palestinian Affairs from 1999 to 2003.
I can’t even imagine how his ideology affected his role as Chief in the Israel and Palestine

- Islam forbids Usury/Interest Banking
- Those who practice,impose Usury
- To view Islam as Threat to Eliminate/Demonize,no?
He has plenty of Palestinian blood on his hands, no doubt. Especially when he says "killing 4,000 Palestinian children wasn't enough."

There was no point in Seldowitz's actions; none at all. The vendor was selling food, so why would the vendor sell food while pushing Hamas? I feel sorry for the vendor. I want him to know that most Americans support him, and won't stand for this kind of hateful behavior.

It is not "alleged" as we all could see it happened (it was recorded). Is a fact.
the media is trying to rowl up you, specifically the racial delusions of minorities. There is nothing illegal about saying mean things. Hate crime is only a penalty enhancement i.e. you need a crime to attach to. Here the crime was stalking. the burden of proof for hate crime attached enhancement is "but for" causation. Seldowitz's jury would have to believe he would not have stopped and shittalked someone absent them being a muslim. i think he would still stop if it was a white college kid etc. imo if i was on a jury i wouldnt convict on the hate crime. theres case law for this being a weak hate crime. I dont blame you substantive criminal law is not something taught openly.
and he is (recorded) ripping down dozens of posters with missing Jewish children, because he supports terrorism. so yes the man was probably enraged. Are you saying being an upset mean person is grounds for arrest? If so far left and anti first amendment (antifa) are going to be arrested in mass, as they have called for the death of people they disagree with for the last 7 years.
that's not going to be enough to call something a fact very very soon. We aren't quite there yet but within like 10 years you'll be able to fabricate videos like this entirely.

How embarrassing that a former state department official would say such things! As someone who worked in foreign affairs, he should know not to assume the actions of a government represent the will of all its people. I would hope that the state department do a better job of vetting staff.
To be fair people change and not always for the better. But strong vetting is a good thing.

Now that can never happen in Lala land but in dumbdumb land it is the norm.
Having "officials" like Seldowitz who are bigoted against certain citizens is a tragedy, but is not new at all. The world over, citizens often elect people because of their biases against certain demographics. Witness the Netherlands' recent support of anti-Muslim candidates. I think of how Native Americans must have felt when Andrew Jackson, responsible for so much of their misery, was "promoted" from military leadership to the presidency. The world is too long gone from being saved by love and kindness. What the world needs is total separation of the races (which will never happen). Native Americans in the Americas, Canada, and the Caribbean. Europeans in Europe. Africans in Africa. Indians in India. Middle Easterns in the Middle East. Mongoloids in Mongoloid Asian countries, and so forth and so on. The problem started and starts when races intermingle because our cultures, traditions, and perspective of the world and reality becomes combustible when we intermingle. Even when we're assimilated into another race's culture and traditions after hundreds of years, we're still combustible when intermingling. The reality is Eurasians are bent on dominating and controlling the earth's land and natural resources as we can see by their countless missions to conquer the world, and their missions of conquest are universally praised by their own kind, e.g., Alexander the Great and his conquest of the ancient world, or Genghis khan and his conquests. I understand that complete separation seems far-fetched, and it wouldn't be accepted because Eurasians want to continue their conquest of the earth's land and natural resources, but total separation is the only remedy.

THAT is the proper way to catch this guy. Not arresting him for words.
There are other videos of this incident on YT, and they show more complete versions of the clips that the vendor had taken with his cellphone. He actually says that he doesn't support any such groups when Seldowitz accused him of supporting Hamas, even though the vendor can't even speak fluent English. But Seldowitz would continue to stalk and harass the man day after day and the other clips show Seldowitz mocking his religion, calling his prophet a rapist, saying that the Koran should be used as a toilet, and threatening his father to be kidnapped and tortured by the Egyptian secret service (which Seldowitz could possibly make happen given his connections). It was in fact the police who suggested to the vendor that he get some video of Seldowitz's daily visits, which he did on 3 occasions, and that was then enough to warrant an arrest. And it was also deemed a hate crime due to the overwhelming racist rhetoric used by Seldowitz during the threats and harassment.

presidential candidate did the same when she called for committing genocide against 2.5 million people in Gaza, bu she was never arrested or asked to end her campaign
@@kamuelaleeWhile your hero potatus has dementia.
It was a peaceful protest
you think these two things are equal?
I don't have a dog in this fight, but now you can be arrested in America for saying things someone doesn't like? This guy is an AdamHenry and deserves to be banned from bothering people by getting a restraining order, not arrested. I've heard and seen much worse coming from political opponents, yet no arrests. This can float both directions folks.
New York is how.
@@MQJ007 That's been happening, there's no what if. An old jewish guy was even killed by a "protestor".
You couldn’t pay me to watch this propaganda I’m just here for the comments.
What kind of charge is “aggravated harassment”?
Probably due to the hateful component. There are other forms of aggravated harassment. See the state penal code
Aggravated Harassment is when a perpetrator makes outright threats against a person’s safety while harassing them, whereas other harassment charges do not require specific threats of harm. For example, if I knocked on your door for five minutes every day and refused to leave when asked, I would be guilty of harassing you even if I did not say anything. In the case of Seldowitz, he threatened to use his connections in Egypt to have the cart employee’s parents captured and tortured. It happened in the video recorded at night, it’s on RUclips if you want to verify for yourself. Because he made an outright threat of harm, it’s aggravated harassment.
Seldowitz was deputy director/senior political officer in the U.S. State Department’s Office of Israel and Palestinian Affairs from 1999 to 2003.
I can’t even imagine how his ideology affected his role as Chief in the Israel and Palestine
Meanwhile, no hate crime charges for the murderers of Jordan Lewis...
@@agayactornamedmichaeldougl6289 Whataboutism 101. Shaken baby, I assume.
what he said was not a hate crime, what he said was true...only thing this guy did was annoy the other guy
I dont condone his behavior. But its scary that we can be arrested for this
There is no picking an chosing on the first amendment
At least someone understands the dangers of criminalizing speech. I don’t support his point of view or actions either but I’m pretty sure the other side has gotten away with just as bad and worse. 🤦♂️
@@Vernonsanders-q8e exactly. If he had repeatedly shown up and harassed this dude or threatened him with violence OR a cop walked by and saw this happening, that could be arrestable. But being arrested based on one outburst on video, that is unsettling.
They don't realize this law could be used now for whoever the powers that be consider "hate speech".
Only a really insecure person smirks when get jailed. You can smell their cowardice
Wow, just wow, what is wrong with people.
It's only white people
Radicals come from all backgrounds.
People say freedom of speech! Freedom of speech don’t give you the right to call people names over and over, people take the word freedom of speech to another level…. I’m free to express my thoughts and views on a matter, not go around harassing people. If that guy said these things to the wrong guy, he might start a big problem the society and communities are in no need for.
It's definitely free speech. He won't be convicted from theses videos unless there is some kind of threat. Wait for the verdict
@@6enateBro harassment is a crime. You can have an opinion but if I'm trying to serve gyros you can't stand at my cart berating me all day long. How am I supposed to make a living? Who will order from the cart while you do that?
Boycotting is legal. Standing there and preventing people from entering the story or conducting business is not boycotting.
Yeah swing and a miss man that doesn’t make any sense
@@6enate if it was just a string of insults likely would not be convicted. He came multiple days, likely will be convicted. Harassment is repeated contact that causes mental distress. It is illegal, coupled with the motivation it is a hate crime
@@6enateit is also important to remember that even a string of insults can be considered “fighting words” if they are reasonably determined to intentionally instigate violence. Best to just not insult people, but rather speak your mind in a respectable way
What exactly is the "hate crime"? Saying words to someone they didn't like? 🤣
Apparently that's the new rage....idk. Or maybe the news likes to sell lots of info about ...well, events that really don't affect most people's lives. Me, I just hang out in my beach shack I paid for long ago and drink wine and eat seafood and watch it between movies or playing my guitar on the sand.
Google is your best friend.
So you would be okay with someone walking into your workplace making blatant threats and accusing you of being a terrorist based on your ethnicity?

Hate speech is not protected nor is stalking and harassment.
