I drove 5 1/2 hours to watch Caitlin Clark play and I I drove 5 1/2 hours to the fever play and I wasn't disappointed

@@user-jk5um1om8l I didn’t know much about Wheeler so I did some research on her - interesting story - undrafted, not really a big college star, worked her way into the league and actually won the all star game MVP a few years ago then got really sick during Covid. Coach trusts her as she gets a lot of 4th quarter minutes

The Aces arena holds 12,000 people. Much kudos to them for selling out all of their games. State
Farm arena in Atlanta holds 19,050 for basketball games (not counting standing room only).

Pretty sad commentary that coaches and players alike can't bring themselves to acknowledge what the Fox5 crew knows. Caitlin didn't ask for this it just happened. At minimum coaches around the league should be giving her the props she deserves.

We are obviously from Iowa, we never missed one of their Hawkeye games either. Men and women, kids, from 2 to 92, the game is for everyone, you're no perv, thank you for appreciating what our girl has done and continues to do!!!! It IS exciting!

@@henrytomas When I first heard about CC after her 40 point triple double vs Louisville I ended up watching every highlight video I could find, including her high school highlights and stuff. I did feel a little weird watching HS girls basketball as a middle aged man tbh.

No- those women DON'T get it. Not one of the Atlanta Dream players interviewed acknowledeged that the reason there is interest is because of 22. The game was supposed to be played at a 4000 seat arena. Instead, it was moved to the 16,000 seat State Farm Arena-- and it was SOLD OUT. Because of Caitlin Clark, who is only getting paid $73,000 for the year. Caitlin Clark is doing the WNBA a huge favor--- and NOBODY GETS IT!
Love the attitude of the girls. Taking advantage of the opportunity. That how most players should look at this. Positivity over negativity. The negativity would only push people away.
To be fair a little bit of negativity can be a draw - like people just want to watch her prove her detractors wrong. 😂 And rivalries can be a draw too - if someone like Angel Reese wants to be the ‘heel’/villain why not.
