My cousin, is T2 diabetic and her Dr gave her Trulicity. She was so happy that she lost 30 pounds. She ended up being hospitalized with pancreatitis. I mentioned, that she doesn't need to take prescription drugs. Just start doing Keto and you'll be healthier. She didn't know about the side affects of this drug.........she didn't read the papers that came with the prescription.
A Fitter First soft board is another way of improving your balance.
Thank you, both for a great show.

This is why I love doing hot vinyasa. Always a different routine that requires brain plasticity along with balance, strength training, deep nasal breathing (think nitric oxide), mind meditation. It starts slow and gets so intense the heart rate and VO2 max level is hit. It uses so many of the key needs of the body.

You said you had a spine of a 80 year old at the age of 20 and you turned that around- HOW? I broke my back in my 20’s and recovered but now at the age of 52 I struggle with pain every morning (lots of daily stretching)

Stretching won't help, go to physical therapy. My spinal doctor recommended me MTI. I got rid of pain completely and able to do pilates, hot yoga, strength training. It took 8 months to recover but absolutely worth it. I broke my back twice, during my childhood I think. It was confirmed with an xray, I wasn't aware of it.
