Good pack. I love that Guy Lafleur card you pulled. Also, I forgot that Greg Millen played for the Whalers (as he had his best and most memorable years with the Penguins and the Blues).
At least you were alive back then John. Lol. Unfortunately for me, being born in 1987 meant that I had to grow up watching hockey during the dreaded dead puck era (💀).
That was Eddie Johnstone, not Johnston. Eddie Johnston was a goalie for the Bruins and the Blues. Then he put an E at the end of his last name and became a forward for the Rangers and Red Wings. Or maybe they were actually 2 different people. That was Mee-shell Dion, not Michael. The T at the end of Perreault is silent, so it's Perr-oh. Did you know that Lafleur was retired for 3 years and had already been voted into the hall of fame when he decided to come back to play for the Rangers?
This is a great design year for OPC. The Hartford Whaler logo is an all time classic!
I say it every time, best logo in hockey!!

I really like this card design. Wish I had many more!
Excellent pack - Good players and very nice quality (centered front and back too)!
@@georgegradwell42 not to bad for OPC!
Five year old me was only allowed to get a pack a week then :(

Well, if you were a good boy, it might have been more! 😂
Nice Lafleur!
I recorded this a month or so ago, forgot what I pulled! Now I want to dig them out and look at that Lafleur again! 😂
@Hockeytube19 🤣
Graduated high school in 84. Would love to have an unopened pack from this year if I could find one at an affordable price.
@@robwyatt8548 scour the eBay. Sometimes the packs are actually affordable, but it’s the shipping that kills it. Good luck!

Thanks! Yes, Guy came back, sadly his numbers weren't great those last three years back. Rangers and Nordiques I believe.
