Apparently the skull caverns record 7 months ago was floor 11187.
So if any floor higher than 5000 will be accused of cheating it should be doable.
In before Blade makes a fastest run being accused of cheating.
Haha ive seen that video and managed to make the calculations tick based, i found that in the perfect perfect 100% tick precisión you can get to floor 12450, thats the absolute max, nothing else to be done.

I know this is prolly not something other people would care about, but I'd really like a deep dive into the mechanics of grass spreading.
Does regular grass starter spread faster than blue grass starter? How does the game decide where grass will spread to? Does grass under a fence or processing machine spread differently than uncovered grass?
I would love this! Grass confuses me. There is some info on the wiki, but I am not sure how that translates to daily gameplay.

I got the Holy BlaDe within the first two in-game weeks of my new run for 1.6. The sword makes early game laughably easy, but aside from that it falls off as soon as you get to Calico Desert.
Same, I got it with the slime slayer, slime gatherer, and crusader enchantments (though I'm pretty sure that last one is guaranteed) within the first season, it carried me up until the galaxy sword and made me ludicrous amounts of money as soon as I unlocked the slime egg press recipe

I love them too even though I haven't figured out how to actually understand about a third of what he's saying. It's just cool.
@@slwrabbits BlaDe seems to be an experienced proggramer, and from what I can see, Stardews code is pretty clean (like, impressively clean and organized for a game made by a single developer), so it's normal for him to understand stuff fast and not linger too much on details. Tho it leaves many viewers not understanding completely, it doesn't really matter, like, if you understand his final thesis "Calico Eggs nodes will replace Iridium Ore", you don't need to understand how he got there, it's just fun trivia tbh

I think it's worth noting that the cutoff for daily luck affecting statue spawns is -0.5. Anything higher than that won't affect the statue rate at all.
Due to the (int) explicit typing for barrel daily luck calculations (which was shown at timestamp 25:14), any decimal value after the *20 operation will just truncate (not round to nearest. E.g., a result of -1.1 would be a -1, but -0.99 would be a 0). That number is then added to a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4, chosen randomly, to determine the barrel count. -0.5 is the highest daily luck value which will still result in a negative value when multiplied by 20 and then truncated (-1 to be exact, unless you have the worst possible daily luck of -0.1 which just barely crosses the threshold for -2).
Statues always replace the first barrel spawned in a room, and so the only time daily luck affects statue spawns at all is when the base barrel count (again, rolled randomly 1-4) is reduced by bad daily luck down to 0. This means -0.5 to -0.9999... daily luck will remove a possible statue about a quarter of the time (when base barrel count is exactly 1, as it reduces the barrel count by 1), and the absolute worse luck of -0.1 will reduce it by half (when base barrel count is 1-2, as it reduces the barrel count by 2). Any higher luck value than -0.5 will not affect the base chance for a statue at all, but may instead result in more barrels.
TLDR; Good daily luck won't help you find more statues, but bad daily luck -0.5 and lower may reduce how many you find.

After some attempts, the most speed I could get to Emily's attraction with, is +5.
I was hoping to get +2 with the savage ring, but it's way too short.
I was also hoping for another +2.5 with a booked up horse that has eaten a carrot, but of course, the horse cannot fit.

So… have you covered an enemy on the new farm? There was a shaking truffle in the bottom right of my farm and I didn’t know what it was. I scythed it hoping to just pick it up in a weird way since it wouldn’t let me normally pick it up and it took damage. I recently had the strange capsule land on my farm. Maybe half a season earlier. It was so weird.

I'm a 1st year Computer Science student currently learning Java, and I'm surprised that I can actually read the game code a bit, knowing switch-cases, RandomFloat values, for loops and else-if statements. I never knew SDV was coded in Java (or JavaScript? I know both are different, but I still don't know it's differences.) Pretty neat.
It's written in C#, which does look very similar to Java

An absolutely crazy idea came to me regarding 1.6 perfection. How much gold would it take to do a Joja 100%? Spending maximum gold and having minimum legitimate perfection points.

So I was messing around in the skull caverns, not really trying to go deep down, and at floor 22, I saw a layout I've never seen before, its like the layout of floor 12, but the minecart track is vertical, leading to a ladder at the top. I've played over 1000 hours in this game, never seen it before, is it new, and has anyone else seen it. I have screenshots of it just in case it's rare or something XD

For any future mythbuster videos: does crop double harvest apply to honey?
I sometimes get a regular honey item (not wild honey) when i collect my 1000+ beehive setup on ginger island, and i don't know why. It's very rare, i'd say about 1 in 500, but it shouldn't be possible as far as i know. It's not stated anywhere on the wiki so i ended up here.
Edit: I'm on mobile, but I don't think it should matter
crop double harvest applies to harvesting *crops*, it does not apply to harvesting a machine, which is what the bee house is. Getting a regular honey would be a bug

Love you videos, could you answer one question: Are remixed bundles predetermined by the seed or are they RNG? I want to complete the Community centre with as little money as possible and restarting new saves because they aare not the right ones has taken a toll on me...

Just wondering: Now you can learn cooking recipes form the bookseller, therefore there is no need to wait until 28 winter year 2 to get perfection.
So how many days do you need to achieve perfection? You still need to wait until year two to meet Kent (and you still need to max his friendship).

without buying waivers for perfection, it’s spring 3 year 2 (spoilers for blade’s next challenge run i guess haha). you can befriend Kent in 1 day with stardrop tea but you have to wait two more days to get his 2 cooking recipes in the mail.
with waivers it’s basically a “how fast can you make ~50 million gold” run and my vague guess is that it’s doable by late summer/early fall Y1 with really degen min-max strategies but idk

Regarding your softlock at 5 minutes, I have since 1.6 in vanilla with +2 speed boost and both runspeed books I have gotten stuck inside buildings/npcs a few times now. Once got stuck behind the raccoon asking for food, other times it's generally been getting stuck inside a chest/decoration and the game auto-moves the thing in my way or pushes me back out. A little jarring but other than the raccoon never had to restart.
