I like that background. I'm aware that this is probably a green screen. But the color composition and the feeling of old knowledge it gives off is nice.

It often feels like I’m wasting time when I have to take alone time. But I have found that I can be so much more productive when I am centered. I try to have a goal that I will comeback to after I have rejuvenated so I have something to focus on my energy on.

I'm INFJ, when I was young I used to space out a lot, looking out the window in class, at the dinner table... My mother called it "self-hypnosis"

I've been writing lyrics for most of my life, that's just my only way of conveying emotion.
Though I am not recharged nor energized by it. It's just a way to more or less express what I can't in spoken word.
I'm not into any traditional forms of art (drawing, painting, sculpting, etc), I never have been.
The only form of "art" that has ever given me a boost, I've only done twice. Which was making two meals I had never made before.
The first was a chicken enchilada dish (which turned into burritos) with a heavy cream reduction sauce. Very tasty.
The second was jalapeño hotdogs with a roasted garlic/light whipped cream spread. Also very tasty.
I can't really explain it, but both times, it was like an explosion. Some of the very, very few times in my life that I felt something that might be defined as "good."
These episodes didn't last longer than a few minutes, and then it was back to the bottom.
So, maybe I'm just not doing it right. I know for a fact that I am an ISFP, I've gone through the functions hundreds, maybe thousands of times. I've been professionally typed, and I've been typed by many people who've spent years studying the functions. I even tried going incognito to be sure, and the answers came back the same.
So what gives? I just can't charge my batteries.
I've got that one-on-one in mind, still working out the details as to when I can do it.

What would happen if you stopped writing?
Those foods sound good! Did you stop making new meals? Sounds like a great combination of FiSe.

@GeekPsychology well, I just finished my first "album" called "The Stories We Tell." So I probably won't be writing for a while. I wrote the lyrics, but the music and vocals are AI generated. I'm not a very good singer, and I don't have access to instruments beyond an acoustic guitar.
As for the food, those were my only two attempts, which was about 2 years ago. I think about doing more every once in a while, but I just don't have the drive to spend an hour or more on meal prep + another half an hour cooking.

This came at a great time just recently I was talking to my friend about how it feels like everything is moving so fast. I told her it’s like someone pressed the fast forward button lol. She related we have many things in common

I started a new habit from the book, Storyworthy. It's called homework for life. It slows things down and helps track / bring to mind good (hopefully!) events.
Write down 1 story from the day.
      Every day.
