Fun fact. If you didn't notice there is a progression from the start to the end. In the start he says dishonesty is not in his design, this changes at the end. Along with him questioning if he was carved to fit a crime and coming to the conclusion he was.
At the end he calls back the line about tight strings in the chorus by saying he'll cut the ties

In the original tell, Gemini is the name of the cricket who lives within the wooden's body of Pinocchio, serving as his consciousness, just as it's told in the lyrics. Except in the game Gemini is a mechanical cricket within the protagonist's lantern, hence "He'll light it"
This song is a absolute tune, but It's so out of place with how everyone else started the year swinging HARD 😂

From what I've heard/seen the game is Dark Souls meets Pinocchio, which is just a fascinating concept. Been meaning to play it personally.
i feel like this was an amazing start of this year for jt music, and im so so glad that andrea is not just sticking to pure vocals as of late they are both incredibly skilled at what they do
Well Dave the thing about the quick beat switch in the beginning was to show different perspectives of the characters first was gheppedo or how ever you spell it basically the guy that made Pinocchio then to Pinocchio himself then the fairy Godmother who brought Pinocchio to life which is an intriguing take on the story nice work as always. 👍

My fav part of the song is when Andrea says " can i keep it real boy " because in the original story of Pinocchio he wants to be a real boy , it's a call back to that and how in the game Charlo , the puppet we play as , has a hidden stat called humanity that changes based on whether you chose to lie or tell the truth when given a decision to make

Idk if you've reacted to Jt Musics Bioshock rap or dead by daylight rap but those ones go hard, JT are absolutely amazing with the vocals the instrumentals, 100% my favorite in nerdcore
