good vid just sadly orca is 100% dead when u have indy mode on and there are neuts around risk vs reward for just mining alone with a orca in nul is not there

Fuck all about the indy core. The fact that I don't see a 500mnMWD is troubling me. You only use rhe orca for boosting exhumers, not to actually mine with it lmao. But with porpoise compression I see no reason to ever put almost 2 bil on the field to do what my 178m porpoise is doing. Idk...big flex but not practical imo

@@morgans1262 no, he doesn't. EVE is basically an extremely intricate money making Sim game. The point is to make Isk lmao best way to do that is to mitigate costs with time spent. I'm completely fine with a porpoise and a few covs on the field lmao, only core up to compress once every 10 mins or so and stay at belts within 1 AU of station with an insta dock BM.

Never understood the point of "playing the game" afk. It's the game is playing itself, not you are playing it.
Its MINING - I don't see how you can be continuously active while mining. You sit there and watch the cargo fill. It does NOT mean he is AFK. People mine in EVE, ALOT and its the backbone of eve, since everything you use is made from mined materials. Someone has to do the boring part and mine all that shit so you can blow it up. Now stfu and stop being so judgmental.
Because watching the screen while nothing happens as mining is going on.... What riveting, interesting, dynamic gameplay. You're 100% correct, and I really wish you the best when you do this.
Some players actually like mining as an ingame career. Boring and stale to me; but some players like making a business out of it.
Edit: And mining is sorta a side-job thing. Most of those rock farmers are also your carrier services.
If no one mines ore or ice you won’t have ships to blow yourself up in or player structures fueled. Plus AFK isn’t a bad thing (it’s actually rarely afk) I’m never just mining. I’ll have an alt in the next system over acting as eyes and they will scan and run rat sites. Multiple revenue streams.
