I watched that episode of Unplugged when it first aired in 1995, and was floored when Bruce and Melissa sang this song. I taped it on VHS and watched it over and over and over. I had recently come out of the closet in 1992 at the ripe age of 28. Their duet on acoustic guitars always gives me chills. Tonight I discovered this on RUclips. CHILLS all over again. Thank you Melissa for doing this again solo on the piano. Beautiful.
I have not listened to her in years. Her voice is amazing here.
I saw Melissa perform Born to Run during a sound check and it was the most spectacular personal concert I was ever been a part of, and I worked with literally everyone!

You wanted to say the line "so Mary climb in" the way you tell your stories so honest omg you keep us going and smiling Can't wait for Mother Daughter duet that will be so awesome lady again ty sweetheart and Linda and Bailey and all they must be so proud.
