This is too long, definitely there is complications with your application. But there is nothing you can do, just keep at it and if they ask documents, send them on. Or a get immigration solicitor advice.

In general work permit, the minimum salary is €34K annually. For family visa, this kind of salary they are looking for. One year from work permit because IRP take bit longer to process.

All documents list link in the description of the video. If you recently got a job then you have to wait until 6 month or sometimes full 12 months before you can sponsor. They will need to see your proof of earning or income for last 12 months prior to application.

You can have talk with your company to apply together if you’ve spouse or dependants. But some companies allows thT & some don’t. If not, then you need to wait atleast 6 months before you can apply.

South African passport ko free entry hai only as a visitor purposes, but to live & work here you need a Irish visa.
