    Thank you for this I have been watching a lot of your videos over the past 5 or 6 months. I'm headed to MARSOC A&S on Tuesday these videos helped me prepare and get the right mind set for getting "To" the training and hopefully I can get "through" it.

    There is a test in the fleet marine corps for all marines to gain advanced swim qual during their basic annual swim qual that is full cammies and boots. Its 500 meters. It’s sucks balls. No freestyle is allowed I believe, only breast stroke, a side stroke or on your back is allowed.

      I did intermediate with 250 meters and that was hell on its own, I’d have to mentally prepare for 500

    Stew are you and Jeff going to cover SFAS or RASP sense both are similar?

    500m swim is cammies, no boots (back in 2014). I am not sure about 2017 or later.
