Also, check out Brandon Turner's book "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (or low) Money Down". I haven't finished it yet; however, it is an amazing read. Brandon talks about some things I already knew about from watching and listening to Bigger Pockets, and he also introduced a lot that I didn't know about. If you're a newbie ready to jump in, tune in to Bigger Pockets Real Estate Rookie.
This is great advice. I’m also an investor. I do in and out of state and I’ve have very little skin in the game on my deals. There are ways, I’m actually hosting a masterclass this week on how to fund deals, where I break each of my deals down. Last one was 0 out of pocket costs for me. 100% purchase price and 100% of the construction. So it is possible.
Hello Courtney , do you know a good legal entity to have for out of state real estate flipping , since the state in which the deal is in can often be random and fast paced ? I just want to be covered and protected from the start of acquisition .
