I couldn't find any videos of replacing brake pads on the Yamaha Super Tenere on youtube so I decided to make one. I am not a mechanic so watch at your own risk lol. Extremely easy to do total time about 20 minutes only because I was filming.

I watched your front pad check as well. Who needs fancy video? just a easy way of doing this job on my bike. These look as easy as my dirt bikes. Thank you Sir.

Great job. Was going to change the rear pads on my 2013 Teneree for the first time. Dealer gave me the exact same pads. Your video was all I needed to get started. Thanks,

Just finally got the same pads in for my '19 Ténéré and am going to install them today. I have a little over 25,000 miles on my bike and there is almost no pad left on the rear. Thanks for the video! Also the torque spec. for those 12mm caliper bolts is 27Nm (20 ft.lbs.) with caliper grease on them.

Johnny M thanks so much johnny. The rears waste faster than the fronts. So keep an eye out. Hope you subscribed to my channel.

Thanks for the vid. Looks pretty straightforward. Needed to see this done before I do my own. Nothing else out there that demonstrates the rear brake. Thanks!

Good video...15K on a '13 S10, hoping i have some pad left on the rear. Just received the EBC pads today, tempted to replace all of them regardless, I hear the EBC Sintered pads have much better stopping power.

I recommend to work the piston(s) in and out a few times while at it, and eject some brake fluid after installing the caliper, before potential dirt and rust builds up

Looked good. At 30,000 miles (2012 ST) I better get out there and change 'em. Thanks.

Thanks for the video. There is not enough Tenere maintenance videos. Did your rotors wear evenly? Mine are grooving.
