Remember Waffle House is so famous on the internet that the Japanese creator of Street Fighter literally had to ask what Waffle House is and why the fans are asking for it as a stage so damn much!
5:15 that isn't an AR, it's a piston driven system that's actually called the Boombox by Q. It was designed to run a brand new caliber made by Q as well, called 8.6 blackout. It's an absolute beast of a cartridge. It's basically 300 blackout on steroids. You should look it up. I don't usually nerd out on ballistic characteristics of rounds, but the way this one functions is insane. The barrel uses a 1:3 twist, so the rotational speed and energy of the round in flight makes the thing like a flying drill bit, and it leaves a GIANT wound cavity, and can penetrate super effectively at subsonic speeds. Edit: it's effective out to 500 yds with subsonics and is quieter than 300 blackout with a suppressor, and to 700-800 yds with supersonics. All out of a 12" barrel. The owner of Q has been using it to hunt water buffalo in Africa.
A thing about the Waffle House index is it was formed after the joplin 2011 EF 4 due to the fact that 2 Waffle Houses near the path were still open after an over one mile wide gash was made in the city. IIRC, the staff literally went over to the nearest hardware store to get the materials to bring the building back to full menu status
I was part of the OG crew for a fire department that had a ambulance attached to it. Our very first call was a shooting at a waffle house during our first shift. In fact the truck that rammed into it was from my hometown of Hoover AL
2:18 Texas Cheesesteak with triple hashbrowns (smothered, covered, chunked). 12 buck with drink, and is my go-to after a Reserve drill weekend (especially if the unit is doing PT).
18:00..... i have a funny Waffle House story in NASCAR..... Dake Earnhardt Sr was driving for Bud Moore (the #15 Ford he drove, and a WW2 vet) from 1982 to '84. He met with Richard Childress for his 2nd stint with RCR at a Waffle House. Which they made a deal. They'd take Wrangler Jeans with him, as well. Which Wrangler still is a private sponsor to the Earnhardts to this day for their racing efforts!
Someone having an immediate emotional reaction to FEMA is usually a clear sign they buy into a lot of conspiracy theories and BS they hear For some reason Republicans in Congress (many of whom took millions of dollars for themselves from COVID emergency funding) keep spreading lies about how FEMA is refusing to help people, not to mention the people who have been screaming that FEMA is a scary plan to lock up Americans for decades despite there never being any evidence for it It's just a sign of combined ignorance, gullibility, and ego

2:18 I personally go with the Steak and eggs with a waffle, but if they dont have it, nothing beats the all-star special for me.
