22:50 Parallax Error. The target is actually lower than the eye can determine. The brain sees a straight line but it's actually lower given the refraction of the water. The lower you can get your eyes the water, the Parallax Error decreases (it's about angles) which is why Keelan was almost at knee height and successfully speared the crab. The locals know this innately from stories, teachings and experience.
