Is it me, or do these look like amazing dragon scale coasters? ❤❤❤❤ love them. Gasp, I wonder if this would work for the wings of your dragon mold 😮😮
I totally agree
I thought the same ... Beautiful dragon scales ....❤
Teee Heee 😮was my expression tooo
Absolutely agree❤❤❤❤
I was thinking they remind me of Legend of Dragoon with the way they look. The colors are pretty close too.
I'd love to see these on a white background the colors would be completely different! This is beautiful
I have this stuff, it's amazing how the colors change on different backgrounds. It's fun to work with, too.
I was going to say the same thing!
I like the white background as well!
The fantasy film would look really cool in your frog, lizard, and dragon molds!!!!
Thank you for taking all your pieces outside so we can all see them in real light!
I have never worked with resin before . . . After watching this, I must try it! This is awesome! 💗
This is /very/ stained glass to me! They’re absolutely gorgeous!
All I can say is "SHUT THE FRONT DOOR". These are amazing. 🐲
Absolutely love these Julie there gorgeous, thank you for sharing with us. X
Oh Julie girl! You have out done yourself. These are just amazing. Oh yeah, and stop worrying about us being able to see all the colors because they can be seen really well. Fantastic job again dear lady.
Those look so amazing! I especially love the blue one! That fantasy film would be really cool in your lizard and turtle molds.
Ha! Okay, you answered my question about melting them together! I shoulda knowed you'd have thunk of that. 😁💕😊 I think a tray made with these, especially with overlaid shapes and different colors would be spectacular! 💕❤
Oh, yes, I CAN see what you're seeing! Just pouring the clear over the top gives incredible results! It magnifies it and the colors pop even more!
These. Are. *GORGEOUS!!!.* Would you be willing to make them with a white or cream background?
Could definitely see the colors changing as you poured on the resin, very cool. You are correct, this will be a game changer. Thanks
This is an amazing technique!! They came out beautifully!
Ah Julie I love these! The black edge really sets off the dragon scale inside & I can really see different jewel tones in all 4. Just shimmering goodness!
These are stunning! I could see the change as you poured the clear resin on. The colours really popped. Love these! 😍
It’s nice to see you have a girlish good time. We all need these types of fun to keep us young at heart. Great project!
They look absolutely amazing!!!
I can absolutely see the difference with the clear top coat. It magnifies all the colors in an amazing way! I just wish I had a coffee table so that I would have a need for coasters.
I think they would also work in the tutle shell.
They are amazing!!!
I totally agree
Ooooo great idea!
Yes!
Your excitement is contagious. This would make spectacular dragonfly wings! So, so beautiful. ☺️
stunning! i can just imagine what they must look like in person. the struggle to show off metalics is so real. it's even worse if you work with paint and then try to make prints.
Beautiful colors in the fantasy papers. They each look like a different dragon scale..So Cool and Amazing Coasters ..Wow! They are All beautiful, cant decide..
I caught myself going 😲 ….. because these are awesomely beautiful. I think I’d try the back and front of the film once they’re air gunned. ❤❤
They were gorgeous the entire time but I audibly gasped with delight when you showed them outdoors! Just stunning!
Just wow!! Can't wait to see where your brain goes from here. ❤
I love the iridescence of the film! This could be used for so many different things!
Fantastic Julie. I love the colours and design. Thanks so much for sharing 🤗
Camera picks it up! This is a game changer definitely!! 🫶🏼
Wow these coasters are absolutely gorgeous! I'm loving those fantasy films.
Absolutely Stunning!!!! You’ve done it again!!! It’s like you came full circle with cells! I remember how excited you used to get over the awesome flip cup cells you could produce & now you’ve discovered another amazing way to make cells! Your excitement is infectious!! Thanks Julie! 💙💚💛🖤
Oh, my! I love, love, love these! Yes. I could see as you were pouring the clear resin how the colors became so vivid as the resin spread. It was beautiful to watch. I bought me some fantasy film. I just have to try these. Thank you, Julie.
I love love ❤️ the blue one. The sun did an awesome job at getting more of the colors on the paper through the camera lens. I like them all and yes absolutely dragon scale/skin just easier!
I wanted to thank you for this video tutorial. I’m really enjoying this process. I have been experimenting a little with the film. I find that if you want tighter ridges/cells, what I do is heavily wrinkle the film before using the heat gun. Works great for me. I also discovered that all films are not made equally. Some of them just flatten out after I hit them with the heat gun and then they don’t seem to want to get those ridges and valleys the way others do. What I did to force them to comply is I put the film on a textured surface and then use the heat gun. Or put something like toothpicks under the film while heating it. It forces the film to start adopting a texture. Anyway. Thank you very much.
Rebecca
I so love your excitement. It's contagious. I find my self clapping my hands alo g with you!
Looks a lot a pour paint effect. They are beautiful..thanks for all your ideas..just amazing!
These are beautiful. The black edge really frames them nicely
AWESOMELY, AMAZINGLY, GORGEOUS they look like rainbow/peacock colored dragon skins!!!
They look awesome Julie, I love the black edge on the inner ring!
These are GORGEOUS! What an amazing idea!
Great idea loving the dimension it gives, I can also see so many different ways to use it.
Awww..I loved watching this so much... fascinating colours..I think a good first resin project for me and my son to try... thankyou for sharing ❤
Yes! Their amazing colors and textures DO come through😊!
I would try and put the last green colour one in to my frog mould on it’s back! That would be awesome 🤩 I love the phantasy foil ❤
I may try to do this for my nails. The coasters came out beautiful. I really love the colors that came up. 💓💓💓
Hey Julie! WHOA...those look incredible!! That Fantasy film is so cool on its own but when heated up, is just beautiful with the different colored veins and bubbly effects. I can see this being used in so many various creations. Love it! Big ((Hugs)) from Texas!! ; )
This has to be one of the coolest techniques for resin I've ever seen, thank you!
Pretty amazing process you discovered and shared here. My mind is already racing thinking of other applications… especially if you could find larger sizes of the material
these ones are absolutely WOW. Love how these turned out. 😍
Wow these are very different! In love them. Such a cool effect! ❤
I love the way these films look once you’ve applied the heat! Reminds me of fairy wings!
You should be wearing a painters mask when heat shrinking plastic. My grandmother lost all sensation on the right side of her body when she did this for a company due to neurological issue from inhaling acrylic fumes
Julie, you come up with so many amazing ideas! These are totally awesome!
Sending love from Alison Hood from Western Australia 💕💕💕
I love the effect that you have created using this product. Worked with resin and other materials like polymer clay to make miniature ponds with mini coy carp etc for necklaces. Fun to work with.😎
Ah Fantasy Film. Love that stuff, always works so well in resin.
Amazing. You constantly try new and unique techniques. So inspiring, but trying all of them is breaking the bank! But just awesome.
Oh my goodness, these are so beautiful, I'd want to drill holes in them to hang them in a sunny window! Id love to see this technique used for a turtle, seahorse, or lizard.
These coasters are awesome; I love them!!! The fantasy film is amazing!
Hi Julie, just a tip if you Google Angelina film the wholesale comes up. Lots of choice and a lot cheaper (I think). I use the film for whatever there is also fibre, it is fusible using an iron and baking paper many colours!
*Astonishingly Beautiful!!! Breathtaking!* 💕
You can totally see the effect when you pour the clear. These are magnificently lovely!!
Love this!!!...I'm so glad I already purchased your mould😊....got some great ideas from this for my dragon jewelery...Thankyou So much Julie...you are SUCH an inspiration😊
Wow I just kind of stumbled onto your videos and I am completely in awe of the work that you do. It is so beautiful❤❤❤
Absolutely stunningly gorgeous Julie. Oh the possibilities are endless with this fantasy film. Thank you so kindly for sharing your wonderful talent and videos with us all ❤Take great care and keep creating and smiling ❤
they are absolutely stunning definitely giving this a go xx
These are absolutely stunning. I must try these myself. Thank you, no need to stress so much. Your stuff is gorgeous. 🇦🇺❤️❤️❤️
The Fantasy Film cut-offs are PERFECT for jewellery making or if you are making mythical fairy scenes, they would be great for flower petal molds or mixed inside snail shell molds etc. As coasters, absolutely GORGEOUS 😍 ❤
WIND CHIMES - WINDOW ORNAMENTS - and everything you said (yes! yes! YES!) 🤓
I thought for earrings too! I make jewelry and love this for a House of Dragons collection!
Or a book cover, Christmas ornaments, and as you said jewelry. Maybe a necklace with the film set in silver bezels all connected to make the necklace.
@@Music-yq2yz oh... i love
📚 'a bookcover' (and as I was texting this out - 'bookmark' came up as a suggested word destination, marvelous! marvelous!
.
I am absolutely in love with this look!!! Such a unique texture and the colors are incredible!
Good day dollface. Just found you by accident while searching for info about making crafty objects. You popped up and I believe I'm addicted. Thanks luv for taking us on this journey. Your grateful fan sincerely, Sativa
They may not have turned out the way you wanted them but I absolutely love them!!
They are absolutely beautiful! They look like gemstones!
They are Amazing I can see what you see, the different colors in each one!!!❤❤❤
I love, love, love these! Thank you for sharing!
I'd put a small hole in one edge and string satin cord through them and wear these as a necklace...probably one at a time, or a couple smaller ones together layered. GORGEOUS!
love the cellophane texture design... Awesome... Thanks For The Share!
I love your creations and your accent just relaxes me!! ❤
I don’t know how I ended up on your channel because I don’t do resin, but I have to say that you have such contagious enthusiasm for your craft! I love it! I remember feeling that way learning how to do nails, and each new technique would have me practically squealing with delight. Keep up the enthusiasm! You’re a wonderful ambassador for your art.
Same! I just wrote almost the same thing. I subbed because of this video. Aren't those coasters gorgeous!
I love this idea! They are awesome almost like pretty fish scales or something. And I feel like I can see how Sparkly and stain glass look. Good job!
I love this stuff, I have used it on and off for years as it goes in and out of fashion! Did you know, you can buy it in A3 sheets?
Hi, where do you get the A4 sheets from please?
These are gorgeous! Love how the black edge sets them off!
Beautiful colors outside.
Thank you for showing the whole process. It definitely was needed to let us know how each is different even tho the same. You truly are my hero with your love of art and ability to share it with us.
Amazing!!! What if you crinkled the one side, but before it was done you flipped it over? Very very cool! Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us!! 🌺
Love the metallic look of the coasters! Love fromNB Canada!
Wow! Those are amazing! I will have to give this a go with some smaller pieces for pendants! YaY! Thank you for showing us these!
Stunning work as always Julie ❤
Amazing idea!
These are absolutely beautiful! I don't do resin art because it's way too expensive and I'd bankrupt myself with all these amazing ideas but seeing these coasters with that fantasy film is the first time I've actually seriously reconsidered forking over the bucks to make some for myself. I loved them. Subbed for the ASMR and your talent!
Wow Julie, these are stunning. And I certainly saw the changes in them. They are totally amazing.
Absolutely inspiring! I bet you could nail a stain glass pour. It has a black base and you pour all the colors you want. You use a plastic card to scrape off the top layer of black. I would like to see you attempt it.
LOVE THIS SOOO MUCH!!! Thanks for sharing!! Wow, Wow, Wow!!!!
They are absolutely stunning ❤
Whoa! Those are gorgeous! Thank you for sharing!
I loved reading all the ideas from everyone! I agree also about the black trim around the edges! Really neat!
Thank you!
My favourite is the blue one. Beautiful!
Amazing as always, you never fail to inspire! Thank you
They are absolutely stunning. They look like dragon scales.❤
beautiful job
Love the way you try new things.... great channel!
I think they look like veins! Awesome!
They look amazing! I love your up-beat happy attitude. Your excitement is infectious, now I'm going to go play in resin :)
