My channel is focused on creating content about my favorite TV show Supernatural, from reactions to analysis videos, reviews, ending explained videos, top 10 lists, theories and everything in between. Supernatural story follows two brothers (Sam and Dean Winchester) who are out to kill every evil thing in this world. When Dean was 4 yrs old and Sam only 6 months old; their mother (Mary) was killed, their father (John) was determined to find and kill the demon who killed his wife. Raising the boys as "HUNTERS" of all things evil. Their motto: SAVING PEOPLE, HUNTING THINGS, THE FAMILY BUSINESS. After John's death the boys continue the family business with the help of a few other hunters and Supernatural allies like the angel of the lord Castiel and king Crowley, traveling cross country, killing as many monsters as possible and saving as many people as they can. And at the same time they learn that "Family don't end with blood". They will do whatever it takes to save each other and their "FAMILY". Going up against demons, vampires, werewolves, shapshifters, Leviathans, Djinns, Ghouls, demigods, witches, Wraiths, Ghosts, Wendigos, spirits, Changelings, Jefferson Starships, Clowns, Scarecrow, the four horsemen, angels and even Archangels like Lucifer, Michael, Gabriel and Raphael among other things. They lose family and find new people they call family. They have gone to heaven and worse for each other and will do it all over again. Cause that's what FAMILY does and "Family don't end with blood". Follow the adventures of the awesome Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester who lost his shoe and is deathly afraid of clowns, on their journey to avert the next apocalypse and save the world. Don't forget the number 1 rule: No chick flick moments!

Fun fact: every one of Misha’s voices and accents for each of his characters wasn’t scripted, he made the decision for all of them to have distinct voices. Remember German Cass in Apocalypse World? That took everyone by surprise. My fav version of Misha (besides the OG Cass) is when he plays himself in the French Mistake 😂 and he actually tweeted those tweets irl while shooting 😂

its funny because Misha is 5'11" and they still think hes short.
Its because j&I are much taller, I'm sure. Stand around 2 or more tall people the shorter one seems sooo much shorter. If its just the shorter and tall one, it seems like the tall one is just tall. Lol
I'm 5"3, and there are days at work when I'm the tall one.

Two of my favourites things about that:
- Misha thought he would do this deep voice for a few episodes and then go home
- Sometimes Misha is using his natural voice being in character and when he was playing Lucifer in Castiel's vessel so that basically means Cass is making his voice lower on purpose

He's an amazing actor. Always do a lot for his characters. At the beginning of his carreer, he lied about being flexible with the body to get a role on a show, and had to learn many acrobatics to make the character! Hahaha love Misha!
Misha had to come up with more personas on that show than anyone. John Novak, Castiel, fake Supernatural world Misha Collins, the Shadow mimic of Castiel, Apocalypse World Castiel (who was German for some reason)...of course he was going to slip at some point.

Actually you are the one who is incorrect, the proper spelling of it is "CASS" not "CAS" that is how it is spelled in Supernatural scripts and how it is shown on screen in Dean's caller ID when Cass calls him, Misha Collins came out and confirmed it a while ago.

Poor Misha, IMO they way overstate his voice being robotic or nasal, plus the lack of emotion makes sense for his character as first introduced. Only the part where he put out a deep voice thinking it was just for a few episodes but got "stuck" with the role was really funny. Ackles has a pleasant, manly deep voice but his Dean voice also sounds ridiculous the more you listen to it, like Christian Bale's Batman.

I believe the actor mentioned in one of the clips that it has strained his voice. Using a strained/unhealthy or not natural (so not within your normal range and pitch), can cause vocal problems such as laryngitis, polyps (although that’s more often associated with a single vocal misuse), and nodules. Which you probably really didn’t want to know.

After watching this show over the years time and time again Jensen also started off with a regular voice and because Jared had a much stronger voice I think they may have wanted Jensen to also change his voice as he was the older brother. If you pay attention closely you will see the difference in his voice from the first season to perhaps second or third it will change. I could be wrong but I did slightly hear it different.
