Actually, Mitchie M uses Vocalshifter. It's a program that you can change a .wav's pitch based on another .wav's pitch. Basically she records a version of her songs singing and then she edits it in vocalshifter to Miku sing just like her.
It's crazy impressive how these all sound so completely distinct!! That Mitchie M tuning is so accurate it's almost scary, it's like some ancient tuning secret has been found out
