What about health anxiety? How do I help myself?
Fantastic video! Now I'm in a new job, and all the day is well... until I go to bed. In just that moment anxiety increases and it's difficult to get slept. How to practice here what you say in the video? Because the challenge is not to speak in front a big audience, but to sleep :-)
