Good to see you again. My buddy had sold me on the gp2000 version earlier in the year, and so far i have had to use it 5 times to jump my own car, and about another 10times to jump other people’s cars and trucks and I still do not need to re-charge it. Works exceptionally well from very very cold to summer heat. Absolutely a must have for every driver.
Great to see your post and I am glad that worked so well. I might have to look more into that, but for now I am watching/listening while prepping stuffing for Thanksgiving.
I used to watch you on TwangNBang several years back. Didn't always agree with your stance on gun rights and such but I am glad to see that you are alive and well. Good to see that you are taking care of yourself
Fragile USB C connector is the ONLY way to charge this thing. My buddy brought his to me for repair. Bump that USB cable and the PCB mounted USB connector gets trashed. Replacing it costs more than the box itself. So be very careful when charging. It's a shame, as all the other connectors on this thing are very large and robust.
Old technology already. They have a newer model with the relay device incorporated into the jumper rather than having it make the alligator clips supporting it. The newer model is GT4000 or the GT4000S - for extreme temperatures.
Only 30 seconds. I have this GP4000, and it is great. But it shuts off after 30s. If the battery is really dead, by the time you press the bypass button, get into the car and crank it. It starts, but the GP4000 shut off the boost, and the car still has a dead battery. So it stalls. I use jump packs all the time, this is a major problem with the GooLoo. I have others, that go for 2 minutes or longer. Makes a big difference. They all have Schlocky diodes in the module, so it is ok to leave it connected briefly, after the car starts. The car's alternator, wont try to charge the LiFePO4 pack. They should extend the boost ON time.

Good to hear!
@@TheTechofTech These things are absolutely amazing.
Just rediscovered you from TWANGnBANG! It’s been a while

Love my GP4000, hell I’ve used mine to flash a generator to get it to produce power again. Can’t go wrong
That’s awesome! I’m defiantly going to get through your link. Thanks
Awesome, thank you!
You look ripped. Keep up the strong work.
Re-prioritized my life back in late 2021 and am finally back in the shape I usually am.
how long does it take to charge

Interesting observation that I have not been in a situation to notice. However, I don't think that limit in boost is accidental.
Thirty seconds to walk 8 ft reach in and turn a key?
Man u gotta be outta shape.
Hey loved you on Twangandbang.
If I may ask why did you stop posting there?
Family medical drama has made getting to the range with any consistency impossible.
twang and bang you may have sent a round into your battery
lol
I purchase on of the gp4000 didn’t work for me when I connected to the unit it turned red no power to jump start I order a new cable wait and see 😊
My gooloo only charges to 3 bars and than shuts off. Anyone have the same problem?
I got mine but only works three times the fourth the cable light was solid cannot jump a car battery I will be buying a new cable it was a Gp 4000!
Very similar to the iClever brand which doesn't seem to be available any more. I wonder iClever became Gooloo?
IDK
Overkill for most people. The GP2000 is more than enough and will save a lot of money.
Depends on how cold it gets and how reliably you top off the power pack, but most engines can be cranked with the GP2000, for sure.
$30 is a lot of $ for twice the power? Seems like a no brainer to get the GP4000. No?🤷🏻♂️
Will you ever post on twangnbang again?
Family medical drama is dominating my life right now. I can barely make videos for this channel as it is.
@@TheTechofTech I'm sorry to hear :(
and yes you can run a car with a dead battery so this thing could save your life
Make me some fries
Did you have a gun channel?
Still do, I just don't have the time to make videos for it right now.
It was good until it is not charging anymore. Just used five times and charged only twice. Now can’t use it. Waste of money.
Sooo scared
To bad it takes 2 days to charge this thing
