She usually pre-emptively says something stupid just to get out among the first in order to avoid the humiliation of almost never being the coveted shark on the panel, or not being picked up by a contestant when she does place an offer. LOL! In the couple of instances she did make a deal, she was always so childishly happy (and inappropriately touchy-feely with the male contestants) it was cringey to watch!
It was a ploy that both Kevin and Barbara were in. She insults them to make Kevin’s deal look more attractive by default.

Barbara is more than likely to not invest in deals because her networth is much lower than the other sharks. MOst sharks have a networth of 100mil or more. She is very rich but not that rich so she is more picky about the investments she makes because she doesn't have as much money to throw at failed projects like Kevin or Mark do.
The fact they didn't even give Barbara a fraction of a second to counter offer was amazing, lol

Sam White, whereas I hear what you are saying, I sincerely believe the great majority of people who appear on Shark Tank in one form or another regardless if they get backing benefit greatly from the experience. Even when declined the advice provided is another form of currency AND education AND insight. What some would take as rudeness, others would view as constructive criticism. No more. No less.

Mr. Wonderful is a beast! Master class on how to seal a deal objectively. At the end Robert, very politely, let Barbara know that while she was calling the entrepreneurs boring or energy deficient, Mr. Wonderful cranked the numbers, perfectly timed his delivery and boom!! Barbara was left saying, " but....wait..." and then she was annoyed...Mr. Wonderful just went back calm cool and collected to wait for his next deal...

Lol kevin is so smart. He knew he could beat bar-imout-bara so he said he needed 30% to avoid negotiations from 25% to 20%. The entrepreneur then had to feel like he should at least match Bar-imout-baras deal at 25% , which he did, so then kevin quickly accepted. Lmao what a beast.

If you ask me, his mistake wasn’t not being hyper energetic. Some people are low key, doesn’t make them less passionate. His mistake was conforming to her senseless criticism by faking high energy rather than standing his ground. That made him look insecure.
