It's a resonator, no clue what a GPF is. US models have 2 in the exact same places. I had both of mine removed at 300 miles and have zero regrets. No CEL.
It's like a second cat. Some countries have them,other countries don't and are left with an empty body that acts like a resonator lol. Not sure why the i30N didn't have them left in there like the Kona. Here in Aus anyway.

Does the UK Kona have a resonator?? want to make the exhaust louder but not doing a gpf delete because won't pass a MOT in the future
