@@jenstornell agree i have almost everything they make and it has been worth it. Except i dont have the weiss stuff. Fab filter is better in that realm imo
Consider VAST by Heavyocity...its more versatile! You have a Convolution Reverb with Delay, Gate, EQ, Compressor with a Algo Reverb in the Master Module! That VST is worth the price but here i dont get the point of the pricing
@@jenstornell Same here! Its just doing exactly what i want without tweaking too much. if you take a init patch of any synth throw that on it, and your sound instantly sounds 10x better.
@@justinkeess Yes. I often use a preset called "canyon" something or an own tweaked version of that preset. Works of vocals, piano, guitar, synth leads. Almost anything.
@@deareeMusic I like the sound and that it has every major tyoe of reverb in it, so super useful. The shimmer is a nice addition and I'll be experimenting with shimmer springs a lot
@ yeah the shimmer is the best itb. I did some fun testing of it on my channel humanmakingmusic. Just recording of me slowly messing with parameters. If ur bored go check it out
softube, nice stuff but expensive. I own a huge load of reverbs, I did get the release mail but for the price I would actually choose another brand . It does sound nice
@@daviHuggMonster indeed! I got Polyverse Comet!! & that basically stopped me looking at other reverbs xD Would I like more? Probably xD But if we are being real about it a lot of the nuance is lost when it’s in a track & it just becomes reverb. This one although sounds good dose it really beat out the 12 or so reverbs I already have? Probably not & I’ll save a lot by not getting it xD
You really nailed it towards the end there. Softube should give you an affiliate link because you just sold two of their plugins. I feel the Berlin School calling me.
@@AlexReidStudios I clicked on the wrong link I clicked on Echoes instead of Dimensions thanks for letting me know it does actually have a intro price.
I like how Echoes sounds and looks but it is not very unique and 149 is nowhere near an incentive to expand my already big library of delays.. Needs 50% off at least.
Sounds and looks amazing. I also agree with others that the price is not as nice. I think 49 bucks for it is a fair price.
@@jenstornell Softube usually is expensier. Tbh if they were a tad cheaper I'd be using a lot of their plugins

For reverb i have almost only been using NI Raum, but this one sparks my interest. It sounds super clean and airy just as i like my reverbs to be.

I have bought a few reverbs but I still use the free Raum 😅

The shimmer on the spring at -12 sounds great!
Totally!
The verb is cool, i never tested the echos cuz i didnt dig the demos softube put out. But this verb is unique for whatever reason

Should we buy a reverb for 149,- just because of the UI??? Don´t think so...
Not really, but if you don't have already other reverbs with multiple types, I'd say give this one a shot
No because the intro price is under 100 dollars and it sounds better than nearly every reverb out there.
I hate the horizontal sliders instead of normal knobs
make a video why do you like Bitwig...

Nice video shame they didnt give it an intro price with it being so new.
It's $99 instead of $149, or you wanted less?

me too
I really liked the UI.
But when looking on it for longer it looks Ai generated i dont know why :D
haha I can't see that

Meh. Sounds fine but nothing special, I have plenty of options as good or better. And way too expensive
