I am disabled. I have problems with my spine, hips and knees. I’m very overweight- all the women in my family are. It’s something we all struggle with. When I was working last, I did care work in the community and walked around town between clients ( I don’t drive) but I lost loads of weight, but now I walk with a walker. However- I have started going swimming once a week and that’s a half an hour walk through my local park and along the sea front to the pool. I swim for a couple of hours and then walk home. I still need my walker but I feel so much better for it.
Perfect for joint weakness ❤ is it similar to hypermobility? Good on you 😊 its taken me years of careful strength training my joints and back and a lot of injuries but its so worth it. Mines pretty mild though (i think?) So i cant compare.
I did the breathing Yesterday, and i almost passed out because of holding my breath!! And i will continue this breathing, i was completely relaxt after that!
Dont force yourself too much while holding your breath mate, only do what you feel comfortable with. You get light headed by taking in deep breaths also tingly feeling in your hands and feet maybe.

Its hard to retrain the brain to think differently, that self doubt is the old way kicking in, its very normal. Keep going, keep pushing that old negative way of thinking out to retrain those new pathways in the brain and eventually you wont even think about it anymore and it will be your new way of thinking. It wont happen overnight, takes lots of repetition. You can compare it to muscle memory 💜
Ben I’m sorry this is a tad long, and if you see this I just want to say thank you. I’m a 30yr old female who has honestly hated who I’m looking at in the mirror since I was very little. It’s hard to think good things about myself after abuse from others, my parents putting me down, my mom telling me when I was 100lb 16yr old that I needed to lose weight and then the abuse I’ve put on myself because of the things others have said. An eating disorder because I was devastated. After having my son losing weight is EXTREMELY difficult. And I lose motivation when I don’t see a change. My husband Chad is such great motivation and he makes sure I don’t go back to starving myself (he’s honestly a gem and I’m so lucky) but it’s honestly such a difficult thing for me to see the things he does in myself. I’ve lost about 40+ lbs since getting married a year and a half ago. Which I’m super proud of. I find going to the gym and eating super healthy pretty difficult because my husband and son aren’t interested in losing weight since they don’t have to and I’m so anxious because I know what I want to look like but I don’t even know where to begin but being anxious I’m afraid to ask for tips at the gym when I went. And between being a mom, wife, full time employee AND student. I feel like I never get a break. But this isn’t the point I’m sorry, I really just wanted to say thank you. You’re not like most content creators. You’re not fake about anything, you don’t sugar coat things, you’re nice, you’re honest. You give people the sense that they CAN do this, we CAN do what we set out to do. And seeing your raw emotions and honesty “you’re going to see some days I just don’t want to do it” really hit me because it shows how real you are. Because everyone has those days but you don’t see that online. So thank you, for the love, inspiration, kind words ALWAYS, and genuinely caring about others. I wake up everyday feeling like there is no purpose for me. I apologize for being so negative. But I'm being honest, I have so much bad luck in life. To the point that I'm too exhausted to stay on track. Im 49, and I have absolutely no energy or stamina to do anything. I hate living this way. Yesss big man, keep it going. I'm a stay at home dad of 3, all girls. I do 5 mornings a week at the gym and track my diet aswell as vitimins. I would recommend creatine not just for performance while training but it's great for overall brain health like brain fog 💪
It's you going grounded and in tune with nature. You are more at your peace during your workouts Ben. It's fine to stay away from public gym's for awhile. That's the whole point in the beginning. Those spiritual and mental health comes with being at peace.

And i have seen you at your best, and worst, i have seen you sad, hurt, crying, happy, bursting of energy, laughing, sick, al of what a normal person is, and do. You dont play a sketch, you are you, take it like you bring it, and it works, who finds you, stay's. You help other people out, your a loving father/huisband. I whas always a fighter, because my body is over and out, but being a father of some young kids, and my twin sons are autistic, and my other children, also my stepsons, (7 kids total) need my guiding and strength. And i have a new level of going at it, rambo, yep, rambo the shit out of it. Altough im full of artritis, reuma, polyneuropatic pains and problems, legs are failing me, hands etc etc.... i just rambo it, even with massive pains every day..... just rambo it m8.

Ben, I'm so here for it! I started my health journey a year ago! I was diagnosed with Lupus and a bunch of other health issues. I refused to let that be the rest of my life. I started the carnivore diet, and I reversed it all, and I feel better than I did when I was 20. I work out every morning, and the doctors are completely baffled! It's all about taking care of ourselves! I loved your video yesterday! Let's freaking do it!

💪💪A good exercise to feel the lat is the cable lat-pullin Also straight arm cable pullovers. Wide pulldowns doesnt really hit the lat its more of the teres area and reardelts, bring the grip in to shoulder width and you will feel it nicely.
I'm here following you on this journey, I'm a 62 yr. old with emphysema and C.O.P.D and I work on breathing exercises so I now I'm doing them with you even if I can't do some of the workouts I try to do what I can. Meditation is great I also drink coffee with cream and sugar and have been trying to stop using sugar it's tough 1 day at a time. My best friend was paralyzed 6 years ago from a bike accident. I take care of her. 1:29:20 The crystals in her ears were knock around which keeps you balanced. I use mineral oil in her ears for a few days and take her in to get her ears flushed once a month. I thought I would try it. Wow, it cleared up a lot of my allergy sniffles and I can hear better. I noticed that you sound stuffed up sometimes. It cleared up my head and helped with my breathing. I don't need to do it as often as she does.

I wasn’t able to do the breathing this morning. But I’m doing it along with the video this evening and the workout. And what you’re talking about is the draining of the lymphatic system! If you start at your collar bones and lightly very lightly take your right hand 1st 2 fingers and lay it on your left collar bone and pump calmly and then do the other side. And for like 3 -5 minutes I do believe. It will help with the rest of the taping at the other points and it will roof your body of toxins but remember to drink a lot of water to flush those toxins out of your body otherwise those toxins will resettle back in your body

I can't snap back and it's getting worse every day. I used to be so on top of myself mentally and physically. Covid and life really crushed my spirit. I'm literally the softest I've ever been in my life. The meds didn't help. The supplements stopped working. It really is a mindset mate. Happy for you though for having the strength to try. Maybe if I'm lucky it'll find me again.
When you're on keto I swear you won't feel cloudy. Tomorrow I have to get back to it and go through ketosis. Takes about 3 day for body to adjust but definitely NOT for everyone. I still eat sweets by making them with sugar substitutes. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Allow yourself to feel ok about feeling meh. Some days are like that. Transmuting energy and thoughts and emotions take a toll. But mindfully doing things and implementing daily practices, even if it’s only a 5 minute breath work excercise or 5 minute mediation practice (whatever you dub that to be for you, there’s no wrong way 😊) Part of the journey is knowing some days you’re just gonna feel like shit. Acknowledge it, let it happen and don’t feel obligated to everyone else for your self care ❤️ Ego is a hard thing to balance. You need it, but you have to learn how to use it properly. You’re doing amazing, mate. And I am so excited to see you start this path. I’ve been on it for awhile and you will be amazed how things start clicking that didn’t before….its insane. And really is simple when you break it down. You start to think wow. Was it really this simple all along? It’s amazing what our minds can do and how it affects every other part of us. I love this, it was really the last push I needed to get out and start moving. It’s hard to go from not excersizing at all to the half hour recommended/eating healthy everyday. It’s what my doctor wanted me to start a week ago, but it’s been so hot & I can’t afford a gym. So, I started just turning on my favorite music & stretching & dancing around my room. 1/2 hour goes by in a flash, and I’m having fun me time! Love this Ben! 💖💪🏻

Ben, I'm so here for it! I started my health journey a year ago! I was diagnosed with Lupus and a bunch of other health issues. I refused to let that be the rest of my life. I started the carnivore diet, and I reversed it all, and I feel better than I did when I was 20. I work out every morning, and the doctors are completely baffled! It's all about taking care of ourselves! I loved your video yesterday! Let's freaking do it!

💪💪A good exercise to feel the lat is the cable lat-pullin Also straight arm cable pullovers. Wide pulldowns doesnt really hit the lat its more of the teres area and reardelts, bring the grip in to shoulder width and you will feel it nicely.

I'm here following you on this journey, I'm a 62 yr. old with emphysema and C.O.P.D and I work on breathing exercises so I now I'm doing them with you even if I can't do some of the workouts I try to do what I can. Meditation is great I also drink coffee with cream and sugar and have been trying to stop using sugar it's tough 1 day at a time. I lost my last brother of 5 brothers in April and it's tough but you help me through it while watching you I laugh and also enjoy your thoughts on life. My best friend was paralyzed 6 years ago from a bike accident. I take care of her. 1:29:20 The crystals in her ears were knock around which keeps you balanced. I use mineral oil in her ears for a few days and take her in to get her ears flushed once a month. I thought I would try it. Wow, it cleared up a lot of my allergy sniffles and I can hear better. I noticed that you sound stuffed up sometimes. It cleared up my head and helped with my breathing. I don't need to do it as often as she does.

I wasn’t able to do the breathing this morning. But I’m doing it along with the video this evening and the workout. And what you’re talking about is the draining of the lymphatic system! If you start at your collar bones and lightly very lightly take your right hand 1st 2 fingers and lay it on your left collar bone and pump calmly and then do the other side. And for like 3 -5 minutes I do believe. It will help with the rest of the taping at the other points and it will roof your body of toxins but remember to drink a lot of water to flush those toxins out of your body otherwise those toxins will resettle back in your body

I can't snap back and it's getting worse every day. I used to be so on top of myself mentally and physically. Covid and life really crushed my spirit. I'm literally the softest I've ever been in my life. The meds didn't help. The supplements stopped working. It really is a mindset mate. Happy for you though for having the strength to try. Maybe if I'm lucky it'll find me again.

When you're on keto I swear you won't feel cloudy. Tomorrow I have to get back to it and go through ketosis. Takes about 3 day for body to adjust but definitely NOT for everyone. I still eat sweets by making them with sugar substitutes. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Allow yourself to feel ok about feeling meh. Some days are like that. Transmuting energy and thoughts and emotions take a toll. But mindfully doing things and implementing daily practices, even if it’s only a 5 minute breath work excercise or 5 minute mediation practice (whatever you dub that to be for you, there’s no wrong way 😊) Part of the journey is knowing some days you’re just gonna feel like shit. Acknowledge it, let it happen and don’t feel obligated to everyone else for your self care ❤️ Ego is a hard thing to balance. You need it, but you have to learn how to use it properly. You’re doing amazing, mate. And I am so excited to see you start this path. I’ve been on it for awhile and you will be amazed how things start clicking that didn’t before….its insane. And really is simple when you break it down. You start to think wow. Was it really this simple all along? It’s amazing what our minds can do and how it affects every other part of us. It starts there. The call is coming from inside the house. ❤

Ben…I really enjoy watching these videos…my wife has me taking about 12 supplements a day including shalijit and pearl powder…one could say does it help…well it can’t hurt and I’ve never had the C-19 and I rarely get sick…and I’m old as dirt…like you always say “Rambo it”👍

I love this, it was really the last push I needed to get out and start moving. It’s hard to go from not excersizing at all to the half hour recommended/eating healthy everyday. It’s what my doctor wanted me to start a week ago, but it’s been so hot & I can’t afford a gym. So, I started just turning on my favorite music & stretching & dancing around my room. 1/2 hour goes by in a flash, and I’m having fun me time! Love this Ben! 💖💪🏻
