I actually worked at Mr beast store where he did a few videos at. My older brother seen him as well during work. And even drive by his big office building and everything. 😅 I was watching Mr Beast like 2 years ago and I didn't even know I was living at the place he was raised at. I think I just found out he was from here like a year and a half now
I just don't understand why people gotta be some mean, selfish and evil. 😮💨 We can all share.. make the prices lower and laugh and have fun and create and be happy.

as a South African, we struggle with water, so this thing that they say Africa doesn't need water is a bunch of crap. Not all African/South African places need water, but most do. So either they need to focus on the bigger picture or sit down

The fact that the one comment was 'we aint that poor and thirsty' is just INSANE. I live in Johannesburg and i can tell you that just in Gauteng alone (nevermind Africa as a whole) there are certain areas that are struggling with general water supply, nevermind CLEAN water.

This is why, as a society, we are not progressing, moving forward, or creating hope. We are stagnant, unproductive & and too busy wrapped up in ourselves & our victimhood to care about each other. It's all about who we can cancel, who can we tear down. I don't know how much longer we can do this to each other & our world before it all comes crashing down in chaos.
Most of the people that complain about him. Are the ones that think they should be were he is and want free handouts. It's sad the things he dose is epic. And he will never stop.

It's more like people that watch him expect handouts. I agree with Ben on this topic but I haven't seen MrBeast's latest video either. MrBeast is reality TV and it's a show that needs to keep rolling so at the end of the day it's all a business. Some people take offense to that, the fact that MrBeast somehow has to make all that money back, but if you think about it in all fairness he is at this point a for-profit NGO. People don't make entertainment out of these subjects, good deeds like these are done out of sight because that's not the point of philanthropy. MrBeast revolutionized reality TV and like Ben said you can't make everyone happy. I can see why they're upset as I appreciate MrBeast's good will and character, but I don't blindly buy in to his game as most actually do.

Society as a whole , has become more self centred. And basically , many ppl get jealous of those who are able to help out like MrBeast does. It's a " how dare he be successful " attitude, which they then use to say" oh , he's just a self publicist and doesn't really give a toss about those he helps.".
And then , if you do bite back at these ppl, they suddenly become the victims. In 3 yrs I've gone from being homeless, sleeping on a churchyard bench, to living in a decent flat, having a small art collection , having shares in racehorses and having a great job. And yes , there are some from my old town , who don't like me for what I've managed to do.
My attitude is , well , there you go. If I can do this from where I was, why couldn't you from a position of , reasonable, wealth in comparison.
( I didn't exist for 3 yrs). I had zero income . Jealousy really does drag the evil out of ppl.

Not a huge fan of social media (I use very limited apps FB, twitter, reddit mainly, do not use Instagram nor tik tok) big RUclips watcher though (Politics, Gaming & Paranormal mainly) but after seeing Mr. Beast various videos from time to time you never really think it'll take a normal person who has wealth do something out of the kindness of their hearts. So, it is refreshing to see someone do something for an array of people; who need the support mind you, to do something their crappy government should be providing. The African government is as corrupt AF you can get, that really has no accountability; to actually see someone give a crap is awesome well-done Mr. Beast, just don't see why it takes a RUclipsr to do what their government should be doing!!!
I think people are suspicious of wealthy people doing something for nothing or out of the kindness of their heart as in our society most wealthy people couldn't give 2 f's about poorer individuals in most cases, I think some people find that nefarious for whatever reason in their minds. Seeing Mr. Beast do this gives me hope that upcoming wealthy people will do more things like this to make the world better for people who need it
I am so fucking sick and tired of all these negative people! These people probably have NEVER fucking helped anyone but themselves. So let's try and make money on trying to tear people down. I, myself, have never really sat and watched his videos, but my six year old son thinks that Mr. Beast is fantastic. However, I do know, just from my son, that he does good things. I watch a lot of different channels on RUclips and I think the most common message I get from videos is to be kind to others. I mean, people are constantly urging others to be kind to each other. However, I believe that there is an opposite to all things, and that opposite will always try to tear down the good that people do.
I don't have means to give people eyesight, or hearing or a house, etc, but I do have the means to smile at people, or say hi, or hold a door, or help someone pick something up if they drop something. I am just saying that we all have the capability to do good things, we should be looking for those opportunities around us. Thanks for your videos! When I jump on RUclips I look for your videos first and it always makes my day to view your videos and hopefully open up my perspective to new and different things.

I've never heard of him! So THANK YOU for making this video so more people, as will I, support him! Believe it or not, there are some people that are just full of anger, hate and negativity. The thing is, they feel this way about THEMSELVES!! So they find other people to spew that negativity at. I actually feel sorry for them, because they obviously need help. They are so unhappy with themselves that they lash out at others. Thus, when I hear about them, I send them loving vibes/prayers because, how miserable must one be to behave like this? So, HUZZAH to Mr Beast! (love the irony of the name) and LOVING energies to these people, who in their ignorance and misery attack good people! Namaste' P.S. I have a friend of 34 years that has spent the past decade doing the same thing, I can't remember the name of the group that he works with, but they have been going over and drilling and creating wells for villages in Africa. *this reminds me of that song by the group Toto..."I bless the rains in Africa." There ARE MANY places in the world that we can and should help. We are ALL part of the same family and Earth, ergo we SHOULD all be looking for ways to improve quality of life for people and the earth which we depend upon.
These types of people (there's a clinical name for them but I can't say it here) always look at the negative and how anything and everything hurts people's feelings; no matter how good the outcome is. It's truly sad.
I’ve seen other RUclipsrs say mr beast is a turn coat because he used to be in it for the fun but now its about the money but they all left out the part where he’s giving so much of it away. Your the first I see tell it as it is and say how much of a deacent guy he is. Called out for providing basic needs to people that celebrities, governments, and all the “journalists“ writing absolute crap about him won’t do, is kinda par for the course these days. These people are offensive just by opening their mouths. I would say that being offensive for providing water is the lesser crime.

i was very on edge until 4:50 when you said people were trying to get him cancelled and moved to his defense... you sir, i will watch whenever i can... and im currently working on seeing all of your videos because i love the way you go about these videos and find way to include us or at least make us feel integrated into the experience... so thank god you werent making this video to slam mr beast, cause i would have been remiss to try and find someone else or another channel to watch that has as much content and inclusion as yours does... cant say ive found a better channel to watch yet... ALL of your videos are equally entertaining! and to be honest i suspect that him paying for the wells in africa , and supplying them with clean water is probably the reason that the elites (who i suspect is behind this movement to cancel mr beast) are trying to get him cancelled, and i wouldnt be surprised if it came down to his viewers having to defend him by subscribing and boosting his ratings even further in order for them to make more money so they "Allow" his generosity to continue...

Ben, I hope you get chance to read this comment & I think other people too hear and see what I do; You are an amazingly talent, you are comic, sharp but never cruel. There are quite a few RUclipsRS who have been around for years give away their money. And alot of them are young adults & I have not had the impression that they were doing it to 'get CLICKS' etc. They cleared out a whole supermarket in the USA and not just the once. Same as the chap you are talking about. I stumbled onto a YOYTUBER that does reactions on the same topic as you. I was beyond horrified - everyone is going to get a bad review at some point & others will circle like vermin in hope they will banned/lose all followers etc. The way this bloke came over was rude and unpleasant. Horrid to other RUclipsRS & then surprised when people leave this person negative comments, 'standing up' for those being targeted. You carry on Ben making us laugh for as long as it makes you have. cheers.
to be honest even if someone did those things just hope get praised or whatsoever, if the things he did are able to help the people in need and solve troubles for those who need it... then he is praise-worthy.
some people nowadays have some serious mental issues. it is fine that one without ability to help people, it is also fine that one doesn't want to help others because it isn't anyone's obligation to help anyone or everyone. But some of them, I don't know out of what mentality that they spit on others generosity.
from my opinion, even if he/she donates out of the urge from wanna be famous. But it is still deserves a praise as long as the donation did help the people who needs the donation. And to Mr. Beast, I for sure don't know what purpose for his act of generosity, but he built 100 wells for people who needs it. The fact that the wells are able to help people who needs clean water alone is enough to gain him a respectful clap.

Unfortunately, this is the world we live in: if something is done with good intentions, there are people or organizations who will view this as strange or bad. Or perhaps they are so 'trapped' in the way they see the world, that when something deviates from their view, they have to resist or comment on it. I don't follow Mr. Beast, but with this short summary it looks like he genuinely wants to help people. Not to say you can be critical of someone's actions or end goal. But if actions are being taken that genuinely helps other people in need, then this should be supported and cheered on!
Can u believe I've never seen a video of Mr. BEAST in my feed from RUclips? A found about him through the magic of internet. What I love about him is that there is direct action in his charity. He's not just funding God knows what organizations.

Idk why people care about what others do with their own money especially if its not hurting them, anyone else, or any community. All i see when theres a sad commercial is about african kids and theres this little girl and her brother at a river filling up juhs of stagnent water. Something like that. It just popped up on here yesterday. Is that dude even in Africa? Im sure those villages were very thankful for all that hes done. In the Bible, it says, "Give generously to them and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and everything you put your hand to." Deuteronomy 15:10. He mentions several times in the Bible how we all need to look out for our brothers and sisters, poor, homeless, blind, even the rich. There are People who hate people that actually do something to help other people because it forces them to actually something other than doing morality posturing/activism.
I love that you addressed this situation. The thing people don't seem to understand to me it's that the money he spends on helping people he doesn't really have to spend, he just wants to, to be helpful to people who maybe are going through a rough time. But to some viewers it's never enough, and then some of them say things like "he makes millions of dollars, why did he only give 50.000 to that person" or other things like that. Like 50.000 dollars aren't more than enough money to at least help somebody who's maybe struggling. That's insane to me.

Its nice to see someone use their money and power to do good in the world . Far cry from whats going on in the world now with government which could make life better for the people but instead they choose to ruin lives with their greed and power.
It's typical really someone doing good in the world, it doesn't matter that it's used as content, he's not double crossing these people, he's generally helping them giving free stuff away, he's actually making a positive impact.
And he isn't even required too, but he just does it, because he's awesome like that.
I wish I had so much money that I could help so many people,and not miss a dime, this must make his heart feel so happy…❤ God will surly bless him.

It's sad, but some people just want to watch the world burn. People will literally complain about anything. You can do amazing work for animal and child charities and someone will complain. Best bet is to ignore negative articles and social media. If you know you're doing good, crack on!

Im from south Africa I think he needs to do a background check on the things he did and gave to the people. Their leaders lacked the ability to deliver all that was promised and might take it all back from them . I honestly hope this does not happen because some leaders would do anything to suppress what they control the moment they lose control that's when they powerless.
One thing I have learnt is very boring people will always find something to be offended by or to be negative . I presume they think will make them interesting
Doing good things for attention is still doing good things. I'd evaluate what he's doing on how genuinely helpful it is. And while not every idea can be a winner, he's trying.

it is extremely expensive to do this in those areas bc of how deep you have to go. crazy expensive. i know bc of a well at the hunting camp in south texas where its somewhat dry. africa is extremely dry.
