    R E D L E N T I L S
    Seriously these rolls are made with red lentils and a few flaxseeds. But unlike gluten-bread, they don’t fall apart. They are S P R I N G Y just like real rolls and are completely D E L I C I O U S.
    Each roll contains:
    8g protein
    8g fibre - ( 1/4 of your daily recommendation)
    14g carbs and
    180kcals
    Note! I have made these 3 times now since I made the video, which means I have changed the recipe a few times to improve it- namely soaking time of lentils and partially grinding them before soaking (makes them fluffier). I was pretty excited about the first effort, but they just got better!

    Ingredients:
    500g red lentils
    75g whole flaxseeds
    2 tablespoons, extra-virgin, olive oil
    3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
    1 1/2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
    1 tsp of salt
    If necessary, up to 50 mls of water.
    Topping. Mix of seeds, such as pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, or poppy seeds.
