Really inspiring your speech, I wish some of teammates I played with understood me in this way I’ve been just for not putting forward scoring because the mindset of the team counted a lot for me, thanks you coach your speech will always remind that I am right

Try to train ur self I do it
Also helps to train with a partner or with a group. Having others doing it with you helps not only with motivation, but also provides new points of views on how to do drills.

His mouth avoided saying to practice slapping on the butt but his hands did not, just messing. Great video and speech. I’m glad you’re weirded out when having to speak about pats on the butt to a gym full of teenage boys

@@Danny-or4gw it improves you flexibility. Stretching your legs etc. Hence it improves your mobility
