It's good you acknowledge bad reviews and reply with an apology. I've seen some shockingly immature and dishonest business owners in Australia who make up fake reasons why customers aren't happy and write it underneath.
I'm a person with fairly low expectations, so I typically write 5-star reviews for businesses 90% of the time, but I had a beauty appointment in Brisbane, Australia, when I was on holiday there and discovered when I arrived that it was fake advertising and you had to pay twice as much for the service as they advertised, so I left and gave them a 1-star review warning others. The lady wrote all of these lies underneath falsely claiming I'd told her I expect to look half my age after the beauty treatment, which is untrue, I simply told her calmly I'm not going to be scammed into paying twice the advertised price and left. I just can't believe all the lying and dishonesty that occurs in Brisbane.
Glad to see you're an Aussie business owner who is mature and reasonable.

Now, I want to create stability and some serious growth in my business. Thank you for inspiring me! 😊 I'm really glad I found your channel... 😀

Hi there. What a great basic understanding on discovering in a business. It was an inspiration for me to start my business tutor as well.. but I realized I need to focus more on creating resources first instead of searching for students. You had a clear explanation on your experience that might be some lesson to other people as well.. I'm enjoying your video and looking forward for me sister.

Your video was fantastic! You're truly remarkable, not just for your expertise, but for your kindness and charisma as well. I'd be thrilled if you could consider creating a video on how to find potential students for tutoring sessions. Recently, I've taken on the responsibility of tutoring my nephew, who's been struggling in school. Despite being in my forties, I'm diving into this new role of tutor with enthusiasm. However, I'm eager to broaden my tutoring horizons. With a background in psychology, history, and a wealth of English courses under my belt, I'm passionate about supporting the younger generation. While my age may make me feel a bit old to start a new career, I firmly believe it's never too late to pursue a career that which aligns with our passions and values, especially one that involves making a positive impact on others' lives. Thank you again for your lovely video. God bless you!

Just to clarify, do you teach English in English? What's the category of students? Do they need to do some exams or just speaking more grammatically correct. I mean, I'm used to teach English to other languages' speakers. Is it possible to tutor say math if English is not my first language

for English native speakers, the subject "English" means more "literature and writing". So I guess she teaches that. It's possible to tutor any subject that's taught at schools, there's always students that struggle with maths, physics, IT, history, you name it.
