The price per sqft is coming at 75K per sqft nd if u can buy flats in projects like 81 Aureate nd Omkar1973 in BKC nd Worli for 40K per sqft (carpet area) respectively, then why one would shell out 75K per sqft that too for Parel. Ideally it should be priced at Max 35K per sqft
