Dear Mr. Bali, i would like to add something about Himachali Rasoi, which since i belong to Shimla can add..this is ONLY PLACE in Shimla or rather HP serving authentic Himachali Food and in HP best and tastiest food is Dham prepared for wedding feasts in Kangra Distt and Mandi Distts. Of HP. Being frequent visitor to Himachali Rasoi, i always appreciate their fresh cooked food prepared fresh every day...food is tasty and considering all, quite inexpensive being ₹230 For all one can eat...next time in H.R.also try Siddus, a savoury and Sweet dish prepared by steaming and served with Desi Ghee..Just delicious...posting my views for clarity.

you are right, i planned this complete trip for 9 days.. more is on the way, during this journey i wanted to cover shimla , Naldehra, kufir, Fagu, Tattapani and Narkanda, you know stiching all this consumes lot of time..... i wis if i could do lot more on mall road but any ways in this visit i wanted to keep this tour more of Himachali food which was not available on mall road... only 2 spots - Himachal rasoi and HHH these are the only 2 places in Mall road where you get Himachali food...
