i went to kashi first time in my life. my first darshan of ganga ji ❤🙏🏻 i could spend my entire life at her tat. i've never experienced so much peace in my entire life. my brain stopped working. it was only heart as long as i was there. i was generally very irritated by the people and the UP accent. and the fact that people talk as if they have a bloody paan in their mouth 24/7. but ganga ji took all that irritation, anger and disgust away. ganga ji really is a goddess. she is so soft and tender. so amazingly beautiful and so nirmal and shudh. at her tat you only experience goodness and see goodness everywhere. gange tvam namaami. sadaa hi jai maa gange ❤🙏🏻

really i visited banaras in 2017,it was very dirty, specially the road towards Viswanathan temple, n we will have to walk without our shoes..omg..very bad experience...still after visiting the temple, some great satisfaction we felt..i tasted rabri there ...wow..wat the taste was...never ever tasted till now...
1975,1980,aur 2010 we enjoyed visiting Banaras, Varanasi, Kashi, We eat street food, Samosa, Jalebi, Kachiri, Chhole puri. Rabdi, Dahi vada, Desi Ghee ka halwa, Banarasi PAAN, and many many more, Bhajiya, Batatavada, Pakoda. Aapne purani yaade tazaa kardi, Thanks a lot for such a nice VLOG. But as a resident of Banaras, could you please guide or direct us on to do and not to do things if we want to stay there for 2 weeks, and just soak in the culture and experience. Do we have to pay to sit in the front section during the Aarti. Are there safe, simple yet budget places to stay near the ghats so I can roam around at nights. Or is it better to stay somewhere else? A few days back I visited Kashi....since this was my first time & I had seen this video before leaving...my trip was one to be remembered. And I would like to thank you for it was a great experience.....food @ Ram Bhandhar was too good, Milk with Rabdi was great. Top it all, when I asked people about Ganga Aarti @ Assi Ghat in the morning ...most of them were not aware of it, even the hotel guys...since you had mentioned we took a chance and reached there @ 5.30 am....and what we experienced was absolutely mesmerising........most importantly your reviews are very authentic so there is no disappointment when we try out as per your recommendations...thnx👍🏻
The taste you are enjoying is due to devinity of the please. This is true that kasi is the place where you can feel the presence of god there.that is the mahima of kasi where you can experience lord siva and Annapurna and MA Ganga.

Ah ha! Benaras. Perfect weather, friendly people and yea, oldest city on earth. (That's what I also heard) Though never had been to Kaashi. Friends narrate the stories of this magnificent city . Moreover the rituals are almost similar to Ujjain (Avantika - older name) like, one has to go to Kaal Bhairav followed by Kaashi Vishwanath temple (one of the 12 Jyotirlaingas) Lucknow is famous for non-veg similarly Benaras is known for Pure Milk Rabri and variety of Chaat. The one U have shown Tomato-ki-Chaat + Puri shaped Kachori with Aloo and Kaala chana subji looks very tempting. Rabri obviously looks "lachhedar" which unfortunately we in Mumbai never gets . ( Hajam bhi nahi hogi) Seems You missed Benaras Thandai with kesariya rabri and (may be ) hint of Bhaang. Baba Bholenath ka Prasad! Ganges in morning looks fresh. Sad that One is about to leave this planet (if in case) died in Benaras will surely go to Moksha!!! Ab kaun batayega ki Moksha hai kaisa, kya waha par bhi Rabri Jalebi milegi. Might be asking too much.... But as a resident of Banaras, could you please guide or direct us on to do and not to do things if we want to stay there for 2 weeks, and just soak in the culture and experience.
Do we have to pay to sit in the front section during the Aarti.
Are there safe, simple yet budget places to stay near the ghats so I can roam around at nights. Or is it better to stay somewhere else?

A few days back I visited Kashi....since this was my first time & I had seen this video before leaving...my trip was one to be remembered.
And I would like to thank you for it was a great experience.....food @ Ram Bhandhar was too good, Milk with Rabdi was great. Top it all, when I asked people about Ganga Aarti @ Assi Ghat in the morning ...most of them
were not aware of it, even the hotel guys...since you had mentioned we took a chance and reached there @ 5.30 am....and what we experienced was absolutely mesmerising........most importantly your reviews are very authentic so there is no disappointment when we try out as per your recommendations...thnx👍🏻

Enjoyed the Banaras episode very much. Unlike many documentaries, this was a more personalized tour of some of the highlights of this ancient city. I wish the government of the day could keep it much more cleaner and organised. It would make the place more pleasurable to the visitor.👍👍👍👍

Ah ha! Benaras. Perfect weather, friendly people and yea, oldest city on earth. (That's what I also heard) Though never had been to Kaashi. Friends narrate the stories of this magnificent city . Moreover the rituals are almost similar to Ujjain (Avantika - older name) like, one has to go to Kaal Bhairav followed by Kaashi Vishwanath temple (one of the 12 Jyotirlaingas) Lucknow is famous for non-veg similarly Benaras is known for Pure Milk Rabri and variety of Chaat. The one U have shown Tomato-ki-Chaat + Puri shaped Kachori with Aloo and Kaala chana subji looks very tempting. Rabri obviously looks "lachhedar" which unfortunately we in Mumbai never gets . ( Hajam bhi nahi hogi) Seems You missed Benaras Thandai with kesariya rabri and (may be ) hint of Bhaang. Baba Bholenath ka Prasad! Ganges in morning looks fresh. Sad that One is about to leave this planet (if in case) died in Benaras will surely go to Moksha!!! Ab kaun batayega ki Moksha hai kaisa, kya waha par bhi Rabri Jalebi milegi. To real Moksha me to kha le aur logo ko bhi batate chale. GOOD Coverage Dear Harish.
