I stayed at "Hotel Ananda Kashi" and I hired a guide to help me explore the interiors of Banaras. The hotel also provides guided tour of the city and has Guides on hire. I totally recommend this hotel for your peaceful stay in Varanasi.

Wonderful! You said it right .. “one does not go to Benaras, one is called there” .. I am an Indian by heart but became an American citizen 15 years ago and I live in California now .. Some decisions I took 25 years ago have forced me to live in the US .. But I miss India every day ..
There is no place like Benaras in the world.. I am not sure if I am lucky enough to ever visit this place in India .. So, I watch videos like these and try to be there virtually in all these places .. You did a very good job!! Thank you for your video.

And there I felt peace in the crowd. I left my heart there.24 hrs. Was not enough for me while I kept walking waked overnight on the occasion of Mahashivaratri being atvrat.. thankyou so much! With yor blog I relived the moments

Anyway everything is His wish. U are wonderful. I also visited this oldest city in 2019 or 2020. I was there only 2 days. But witnessed all this Aarathis. Went to Mani Ghat. Took video of pyre burning. There a black dog barked and I got shocked. But I realized after coming back I missed very important place in Kashi. U also not shown that. Any way Shiva is with u. U have that spiritual face. In south cinemas they select such faces to protray deities like Parvathy,Lakshmi etc. Need to control ur appetite. Hope u won't mind me. All the best my dear. Kashi bheed me bhi sukoon hai
I never said I don’t like the crowd. I said I feel uneasy and given a choice, I will always choose calm place over a chaotic. But Kashi is something else. Yahan ki bheed mein bhi ek sukoon hai which I experienced in just 24 hrs of arriving in Kashi :)
