Have you tried connecting remotely? I can control & connect when home but if I'm out of town the device always shows "offline". I've read this is an issue in a forum.
I purchased different brand from Amazon. It looks the same as Hygger brand and cheaper. The app works very good but it does not work on flakes. It is very intermittently releasing flakes, sometimes I have to try many times. I am sure if I go on vacation the fish will be starving. The camera is useless. The size of this feeder is huge. The price is expensive because of the camera. I returned mine because it does not work well on flakes.
Did you end up trying with flakes too? Im thinking of getting one of these! Thanks for the review!
What is the max height?
I have a lid and curious if it would fit.
that gani colony is freaking huge lol!
will it retain setting and connection in the event of a power loss?

Nice product, will need to try it
Definitely! What’s great is that if you buy from Amazon and don’t like it, can just return it lol
Are you still using it? How is it?
Would be nice to see the app and how the camera looks. Other then the camera this seems very bulky piece of equipment.
Camera works well, I have an example posted on my IG
whats the minimum food drop?

The camera feature is interesting but the rest of it looks over-engineered.
For sure! Overall good product but definitely adds some bulk to the tank aesthetic which is why I only use it for when I’m away
