I can relate to this video so much. Was injured for a year and a half when I was in such a good place, no running, felt absolutely defeated and felt like I had lost everything. I worked my ass off day and night while I was injured to do everything I could to try and stay in shape and get back, even when things were looking dim and hopeless. Started my road to recovery 2 months ago and I’m slowly slowly getting back into things. That injury was devastating to me, and I hope no one else has to ever go through something like that. I wish you guys the best of luck with your running careers! :)
