I bought a pickup from Carvana in March and had a great experience. Paperwork was easy, delivery was on time, the truck looked great ,paperwork for a new title and registration arrived in 3 weeks. The only hiccup was the website said there was a bed liner in the truck but it arrived without one so the delivery guy called Carvana and their warranty company hooked me up with a place that installed a new one within a week at no cost. 4 months later I am still very happy with my truck.

Thanks Rob. It was a good experience. I’m almost a month in and the only complaint I had (and not really a complaint) is that I elected to finance through Carvana but when the dust settled, I realized the APR was too high (8%), so I refinanced with my bank for 4.25%
Right? Yes, I did trade-in. And, I wondered that too. Like, would they change the offer once they had seen my vehicle in person?? But that was not the case. The number they stated on the appraisal was the number they paid. Now to be fair, I was pretty clear about the exact condition of my vehicle. And, when the Carvana rep was looking over my trade-in, he didn’t go over it with a fine-tooth comb. He just walked around it a couple times. Took some pics of the interior and exterior. Then he loaded it up on the truck. 😊
I bought a car on carvana like a month ago a Honda Fit 2013 loved it couldn't be happier it's a great little car the process was very easy the first one I bought was the base model and I had 7 days to see if I wanted it or not and then I seen a sport model on the website same year less miles had 34,000 miles which is barely nothing for a Honda and so I told him I wanted to take the other car back and get that one and they said that was fine the gravada place is just right down the street from me so I just drove over there and swapped out the cars when they told me the other car was there no problem

I made a purchase and I’m currently in the ambiguous communication stage after uploading everything and not receiving any confirmation. Have you gotten your title and registration? I heard some really bad stories about that but hoping my process will be smooth
Carvana had gotten terrible, I just returned a car that was in terrible condition . Advertised as only 1 chip in hood, had many chips and scratches...some rust. Rattle your teeth out at highway speed. Returning was a pia, talked to many people, nobody had notes on any conversations prior, had many call back appointments and they don't call. Beware, they do this to try and get you out of that return window. Bought my wifes car from them in 2019, great experience , great car and deal. They changed, now have an excon as owner..an actual felon charged with big time bank fraud. Do your research and beware.
Love, love, LOVE my 2020 Tahoe. We’ve put 10k miles on it. When we got it, it only had 14k on it so it was practically new. We took it on a long cross country trip this summer which ran up the miles pretty quick. No complaints so far! 😊
Horrible. I traded my car and went through 2 lemons. Decided I just wanted my trade in back. 3 months after that I still don't have my title for my car back from them. Found out it was lost. Then found out I'd have it in a few weeks then found out it's lost again. Was told to goget another one. Tried that and can't because currently my cars title is on carvanas name in Arizona. I live in Oklahoma. My tag is due come July 1st. It's now June 28th. They won't send me a paper tag to avoid tickets. I can't get my renewal without my damn title. Recommendation.. just don't.

Did you have to hand in any documents in person or just online? I know their website says it is contactless delivery.
With my transaction there was definitely some in-person trading of documents.
