    They are sweet!!! I had them on my cb 500x and now on my tenere700, you can't go wrong with those 😊 good wind protection to, I dropped my cb 15 times and they never moved, very impressed

    They are what I have on the 950. They took the full force of that lie down. Just moved a little.

      I thought yours were the same mate, yeah if they can survive the 950 surely they can survive the T7 😁 Bloody pigeons yep 😅

    You do net get any tank “touching” issues if you have somekind of bar end weight with threded hole (so no need to use expander).
    I did my own from the oem bar end weight, much more secure.

      Yah I saw your solution Marcus, very nice. Unfortunately I don't have access to a lathe etc so I gotta stick with the simple option, but pretty happy with it anyway 🤙

    I actually mounted mine keeping the bar end weights with no problem. And it does not touch the tank. You might want to try that. Awesome gear they never bend

    • @MVDBR
      @MVDBR  2 года назад

      I don't use the stock bars so I can't thread the weights in, and I don't really want them anyway. It's ok how it is now I have angled them up a tiny bit more 🍻 Cheers

    How's the acerbis guards holding up? Checked out your page for lever info. Forgive me if I missed it but what levers are you using? Any clearance issues with the guard and levers? Thx for the video and info!

    • @MVDBR
      @MVDBR  Год назад

      mvdbr.com/tenere-700/ 4th pic down just stock levers cut down to 2 finger length (so no clearance issues obviously but I don't think you'd have any problems fitting the full stock levers in). As for the hand guards, got an accessory update video coming out tomorrow night as it happens 😁

    • @MVDBR

      Surely the standard set fit most bikes, these weren't designed specifically for the T7 (obviously 😬) but I guess it all depends if you have bar end weights and all that shizzle.
