Nice 👍. I don't own any Kershaw's or ZT's as of yet, but might have to remedy that one day soon. Would this blade shape be considered a modified spearpoint?
Kershaws are a great knife company. When I lived in Oregon, there shop was just down the street. They have their own designers for the knives they make. I have about 11 or 12 Kershaws, 100% love em.
Have you noticed that Kershaw blades are increasingly lower in quality than they were, say, a decade ago. I own several and love most of them but the newer ones just don't seem to have as tight to specs as they once did. If that makes sense. ✌🏻🍻
I like a lot of Kershaws. Thanks for giving us an up-close & personal look at the Knaf. I love my Kershaw Hotwire for $12. It's my beater but it's still hair-popping sharp after 2 years of hell. I'm in the field on our Epstein/Cuomo investigation and they're p*ssed AF about being under criminal investigation. I'm living outside in Burlington Vermont winters. I'm not going to keep $300 knives on me for Cuomos private investigators to steal. Anyway, I am shopping for knives at SMKW because no shipping for Moms Day. I'm wanting a bigger version of the hotwire and this looks like it will fit the bill. They've got so many cool budget knives. Great for practicing mods. I'm going to call the blade a modified drop point. It's got some lines of a sheepsfoot but too much belly for a sheepsfoot.
@@YankeeTankerOutdoors and Blade HQ calls it a wharncliffe. Lol; I think that's why I call it a sheepsfoot. A little of both. Sometimes blade style is subjective.
Always oil your knives as soon as you get them out of the box.
No. Totally disagree.
@YankeeTankerOutdoors why?? It takes 20 seconds, adds corrosion protection and smoothes the operation...
Just bought one of these for $30 new. I fkn love it
I just got this. And the blade deploy seems pretty stiff, at least compared to my other speed safe actions, was yours stiff?
takes time to break in like any good knife
That’s a very nice looking blade.. Wow man.

Maybe. Clio point?

It is. Like I needed another knife. 😂😂

I think that every knife company except for high end stuff has fallen through the cracks for sure.
Snappy! I like the Kizer better. 😆🤣
What is the cut on the kershaw?
@@YankeeTankerOutdoors drop point all day everyday.
Красивый нож !
Nice knife
Is D2 bad with rust and corrosion?
Very bad.
Рогозин теперь на Ютубе ножи обзирает?
My 5500 D2 was moderately sharp out of the box🤷
