Pete's "I don't even know who..." was a moment 💯 😆😘
This clip (in full, not this one minute hack job) was the best chance Pete and Sab had of finally having a viral video and upping their position on the Apple Tunes charts. But they hacked the story to shit, and took out all the interesting parts. Good job, Patrick or whoever the fuck, you fucked it up!
Honestly, they’ve had so many thousands of moments that could’ve been used to really up their standing over the years. Every single time I think, “wow, that could’ve been used to go viral!” I very much wish they would get someone who specializes in making shorts for podcasts to come in and comb through their archives. They should’ve been much bigger by now. I kind of feel like they might not even have a chance now bc they may have passed their “heyday,” so to speak.

Stanley Kubrick did indeed stage the moon landing….they rehearsed it because it was a movie production. The moon and the stars are lights in the sky. Not rocks you can fly to and land on. So interesting that it’s guy is putting these bread crumbs out there.

Thats right. The moon landing footage was fake, but the landing itself did happen.
Theres actually a video of Kubrick confessing just before he died that he did agree to stage the landing.
He confessed the shame he had in deceiving the American people. With remorse he goes into explaining his reasoning for doing it and about how he went about filming it.
He said there was a part of him that couldn't turn it down because he saw it as the ultimate artistic challenge to emulate the environment and conditions of the moon.
Truth is first ridiculed, then opposed before it is accepted as self evident.
Stanley Kubrick is great but he ain’t got nothing on Martin Scorsese, Marty is #1 and it’s not even close TBH
This might be the worst title for a video ever. Do you want to get views or not? How about MOON LANDING CONSPIRACY SOLVED, and include the part where Jimmy explains the moon landing footage that was apparently actually filmed in the desert by Stanley Kubrick? Who is making these clips? Who is giving them titles? Hey guy, you really suck at your job.
