Sebastian - I have had the rapid heartbeat/palpitation multiple times throughout my life. It is a COMMON sign of stress and anxiety. Caffeine can aggravate it as well. If it lasts more than 30 seconds, go see a doc.

Regarding who laughs out loud by themselves.....now that your new episodes air on weekday mornings, I have to listen to them while working. I will be working front counter, ear buds in, enjoying the cast. Yes, I will smile when it's funny content but there are times you guys say some outlandish hilarious stuff that I will bust up out loud. Can't contain it. Alone at home, listening to the cast, sometimes I crack up out loud. You guys are funny, you may have not had the great experience of somebody making you LOL because you guys are the best. Uncontrollable laughter exists. Thanks for the laughs.

33:37 Forget the paper towel, turn that AC way up, for your GUEST. Omg, this would be a reason for me to walk out. There is no way to cool off in someone else’s house. It’s easy to warm up, adding layers, but he was in a tshirt, what is he supposed to do?! The minute your guest tells you they are hot, you stop your podcast and do everything you can to make your guest comfortable. Nothing worse than to have to concentrate on the questions or the conversation while being so uncomfortably hot. This happened to him on Whitney Cummings’ podcast too. He is sweating and she is sitting there in a wool sweater. At least she told her team to turn up the AC.
I am problems hearing Sebastian because he sometimes leans back in his chair and doesn’t bring the mic close enough..Pete’s mic is great.💜❤️

Sebastian. I hate to break it to you man, it’s the Celsius drinks. My good friend was drinking them for a year almost everyday and now has an irregular heartbeat. They don’t seem as bad as energy drinks but they can be just as harmful. Hope you figure it out brother but I am almost certain that’s what it is. They seem to have a bad effect on the heart.
And I do believe that is exactly what he was drinking on the podcast. His breathing was heavy as well. Im surprised Pete didn't say anything about it because it was pretty noticeable at times. Good job with the Celsius info. I really hope he cuts down on them because palpitations really suck and their scary

We just never stand but finally he's at peace. Never stop talking to him, he is near u just don't see him. You will feel his presence with you. Never stop praying to any higher power you have. This happens to so many families, it not your fault. Often times they just can't love themselves when their greatest love is you. Watching Pete and Sébastien from Southern Iowa just so I can laugh and not cry, they really help many people. 😇😇😇
These guys are the best. I like how down to earth. And just regular guys from the neighborhood. You guys keep on being genuine and everything else will take care of itself.

Keep up the great content and doing other podcasts. I discovered you guys when Joe Rogan mentioned Sebastian on his podcast 4 or 5 years ago and this has been my favorite podcast since.

The guy that got away from Jeffrey dahmer has had a really tough life and was traumatized by that event as we'd all expect. I watched his testimony from the dahmer trial and his testimony you see how shook this guy is. Today I think he's actually in jail... in case anyone wants to RUclips his testimony. I'm working on my masters degree in Psychology for criminology, but I could never work wth a guy like dahmer!
I've done some research on Dhamer since he was caught. I was living in Chicago at the time. I mostly watched court videos and read police reports, watched the crime documentaries and that kind of stuff. I have yet to watch the Netflix series because I cut off Netflix a few months back.

I'm not that guy, but that girl lol. I get that all the time Sebastian.. The racing heart. It's so alarming but usually harmless. Could be a stimulant you drank or ate before bed, dehydration, low potassium and or sodium. I am the biggest Hypochondriac on the planet and I don't say that lightly. I've had all sorts of tests ran on my heart. I get racing heart rate and sometimes PVCS which are premature heartbeats. They are harmless but they are very noticeable to people that are super aware of their body. Stress can bring on palpitations and such. I've even noticed that heartburn can increase the heart rate. I wouldn't worry about it. If you have an apple watch, you can check your heart with the EKG app and it looks for Afib. I hope this helps.
Same. It’s a tachycardia. If it lasts for 30 seconds or longer, it’s considered sustained and could be dangerous. (I learned A LOT about arrhythmias when I started having PVC’s in the mid-90’s.). Otherwise, it’s a telltale sign of anxiety.

Yes Sebastian, I've had that happen on occasion. Usually from stress. Woke me up at night. If it happens again, let your PCP know and they can have you wear a monitor for 48 hours.

I recently got diagnosed with hypertension. 24-hour BP monitor showed my highest spikes were whilst asleep. I needed immediate medical intervention or risk heart attack or strokes. Get it checked out with your doctor to be safe if you don’t want to risk dying in your sleep

When you guys talked about people laughing on the plane when watching movies, I was thinking if anyone tried to listen to one of your podcasts on the plane, it would be impossible to stifle a laugh.
I am in CT and have gone through a drought (historical) on East Coast during the summer. No! You cannot have our water.
Sebastian, I have had heart racing issues. Been in the hospital twice for it. The drugs did not help. A month ago I spent the day searching for a cure. I found a Qi gong video under 10 minutes. He said my heart beat would be normal. In the hosptial, my heart rate was 200. On drugs and sent home, 130. I did this video, my heart rate dropped to 57. It has been under 70 ever since.
Forgot to say no more pills.
Netflix just came out with The Jeffery Dahmer tapes...wow! Talk about some uncomfortable moments, but it's really well done and so compelling 👍
