Nice to see the love and appreciation for "Gentleman" Gene Colan, a visual artist of the highest order with a beautiful illustrative style which could also be dynamic and action packed as the need arose. And he couldn't have been partnered with a better, more complementary inker than Tom Palmer. From the first story they did together to the last, the consistency of their quality was wonderful and never less than their best work. True artists, both.
Im purchasing it because the next epic in this line has some of my favourite issues mainly the issues in the 50s and 60s, but I actually am hoping they do a Super Villain Team up epic, even if it would only be one volume 😂

Other than Spider-Man Vs. Venom, I haven't ventured much into pre-90s comics. I kind of want to check out the Two-In-One Epic though, it looks really interesting.
I got into comics about 5 years ago and I really enjoy watching so I can learn as much as I can. Omar is so knowledgeable which makes the videos even better. So thank you for all you've taught me and will continue to teach me
I'm a massive apologist for Siege. Great finale that wrapped up numerous different long ass runs and arcs across the entire marvel universe. People claim it was too short but it was absolutely gigantic if you followed the buildup and tie-ins. Tie ins could get difficult to read because basically they depicted the exact same events just seen from the points of view of different characters. It was actually pretty clever but there's no possible way to figure out a reading order that makes any kind of sense, because all the issues are happening at the exact same time, every few pages of one series gives you a spoiler for the other series and main line.
Regarding the Marvel Two-in-One Epic Collection, it is bad enough that the prices have gone up, but it being 376 pages is inexcusable. It should be 100 pages bigger!
Nice overview as usual. It’s a shame Strange Academy is cancelled, that’s exactly the type of book that would attract young new readers. I hope we get a Marvel Two-In-One omnibus soon! I loved that series and I’d really like to see it in the Omni format! 👍🏼
When i seen the Doctor Strange Epic volume 2 on the video image i thought it was a 2nd printing already, Because it came out weeks ago...at least here in Australia

Woohoo Siege the best event Marvel has done back in print. Got to admit loved that Nimrod crashed the party starting to really love his character.
