I don't think parliament can change the constitution coz india is largest democracy plus we have quasi federalism and independent judiciary. Now we have more accountable media that always put forward to us the work of parliament. Neither parliament be authoritarian nor judiciary. Balance of power is the ultimate and soul solution and our constitution has provided it to make all legislature, executive and judiciary work together although being independent.

It is true that fundamental rights remains intact because every individual gets it at the moment he comes in the World and basic nature of fundamental rights can not be curtailed,however in our country all the fundamental rights enumerated in the Connstitution Article 14 to 32 have been made subject to conditions.And every day executives, judiciary violate to protect thousands of individual from exercising fundamental rights.Custodial deaths, pending of carods of cases in the Court ,corrupt machinery make the individual to waive the fundamental rights.

Judgement said govt can't change the basic structure of constitution , but indira gandhi govt ,changed the preamble, added secular and socialist , then why they were not removed from constitution, its means they changed the basic structure.
