    Ingredients
    1 kg fish
    2 boiled potatoes, mashed
    1 carrot, finely chopped
    1 tomato, finely chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
    1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 cup bread crumbs
    2 tbsp corn flour
    Oil for frying
    Method
    Prepare the Fish: Remove the head and tail of the fish, boil it until cooked, and then carefully remove all the bones.
    Chop and Mince: Using an electronic chopper, finely chop all the vegetables. Then, mince the fish in the same chopper.
    Mix Ingredients: In a deep bowl, combine the minced fish, mashed potatoes, chopped carrot, onion, tomato, parsley, and green chilies. Add bread crumbs, corn flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together thoroughly.
    Shape Cutlets: Form the mixture into cutlet shapes.
    For Air Frying:
    Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
    Grease a piece of butter paper and place the cutlets on it.
    Air fry the cutlets for 10 minutes. Brush them with a little oil, flip them over, and air fry for another 10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
    For Shallow Frying:
    Heat oil in a frying pan.
    Shallow fry the cutlets on medium heat until they are golden brown on both sides.
    Serving
    Serve the hot and crispy fish cutlets with your favorite sauces or chutneys for a delicious appetizer or snack. Enjoy!
