    Ingredients:
    Fish fillets
    Chilli sauce 1tbsp
    Soy sauce 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper
    Olive oil (2 tbsp)
    Butter (2 tbsp)
    For saute Vegetables
    Broccoli
    Cherry tomatoes
    Salt
    Pepper
    For Fish Marination:
    In a bowl, mix fish fillets, chilli sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
    In a pan, heat olive oil and butter. Fry marinated fish fillets on both sides. Set aside.
    In the same pan, using the remaining oil, sauté broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
    For White Sauce:
    Olive oil 2 tbdp
    Minced garlic 1 tsp
    Cream 200 ml
    Milk 1 cup
    Oregano 1tsp
    Garlic powder 1tsp
    Salt to taste
    Pepper 1 tsp
    Fresh oregano leaves
    In a cooking pan, add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
    Add cream, milk, oregano, salt, pepper, and fresh oregano leaves. Cook until the sauce thickens.
    Serve the fish fillets with the white sauce, accompanied by sautéed broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
