great Vid Thank You. Out of all 3 spindles, I didn't see you transfer the pulley shaft collars over from the old spindles to the new ones? they have to be there so the shaft stays in place. If you overlooked this then you should correct this ASAP.
It’s best to replace the bearings and just keep one new until just incase 😊

You can replace the bearings upper & lower bearing just remove the spindle from the housing and replace bearings around $10.00 a bearing #6206rs

It is possible to replace the bearing in the spindles without purchasing new spindles.
Yes , and much cheaper. I needed the machine that day so I had no choice.

Why did you not just losen the set screw. Mine came out very easily and I did have a set screw. Look closer.

Big mistake like the other man noticed. You did not install the pulley shaft collers on the new spindles . Start over please and fix it.
