If you're having trouble getting the cover off or back on, go to the side with no screws, if you have a flashlight you'll see that when you flex it out a little bit, there's a little black peg holding it in place. you'll need to flex the plastic just enough for the black peg to come out of the hole, and the same goes with putting the cover back on. Also look at the backside of the cover when you take it off because there's a lot of lint that can build up in there as well
We recommend this mini-service to be completed by the machine owner/user every 500 hours. Your PR Series machine only needs a main service every 1500 hours worked. The main service compromises of the main motor, the idle pulley and pulley shaft all being changed, which not an easy or quick job. As long as your machine is maintained regularly, you should not need to do a yearly service.

Thank you :) Nicely presented and an easy process to follow.
Thank you. This is a great video! What type of oil should I use?
Is this all they do when you bring a machine in for yearly service?
