You joke but I had a free day about 2 weeks ago. We were in New Braunfels for a family event. Had I known I would of thrown on the ol' carharts and helped out.
Your barn is coming along nice. No doubt it Probably was a tiring and stressful day until that last truss was tack welded and building squared. But it just made the beers taste all the better afterwards. Great vid!!.
I called today and only one place has 4" pipe, used 31ft joint $236. R Panel is $5 a linear foot while concrete is $140 a yard. Inflation really went over 100% on steel lol.
Making a nice barn. As a suggestion, if you are going to paint the steel, paint the purlins and girts on the ground, leave voids for the weld areas. Much easier and safer, and the kids can help. For future reference, those are beams not trusses. A truss is a framework assembly, and Matthew's instrument is a level, not a transit.
Great job putting the trusses up guys
Great video Dane
Congratulations y'all. Your place is coming along nicely. Great video.
Thank you!

Where did you get the template to mark your pipe at the roof pitch?

@@GolschHayFarms maybe you need some help
Just a little FYI, that isn't a Transit, it's a level. Transit measures angles.
Awesome!
Great vid
Coming up nice buddy! Wish I was free to help out this weekend.
