The way Shantanu converses with the guests, the questions and the thoughts bounced off are just phenomenal leading to intellectual stimulation of the highest order. This podcast tends to provide glimpses into the minds of some of the best corporate/entrepreneurial people India has.
Every episode is a gem! Especially this 2 part with Toshan. Wish I could have got more chances to interact with him during my stint at McK. So much to learn and absorb! Thanks Shantanu for doing this. Hoping to meet you soon.
I am a homemaker and Shantanu ur podcast is the best mental stimulation I get Anna’s I keep forwarding it to my group asking my daughter to go through all of them… just brilliant!!!!!
Loved the conversation. I am currently working at the Firm and listening to alums speak about life in general provides ample amount of unmatched wisdom! Keep growing guys!
Very very curious about the viewership-analytics part of this video. Half might have dropped in the first quarter, and missed the mighty delivery of irrefutable Gyan towards the end. What an energy.. What an avalanche rushing down 💥💥💥
Great podcast shantanu , piece of advice though , when ever some business lingo comes in discussion please mention it's full form on screen to understand, like on 19:23 toshan mentioned "by RR ratio is gone" , it will help new entrepreneur to build up this lingo, thank you , great work again, keep it up
Liked this even more than the first part. I found the first part a little bit theoretical and 'framework'y, but this one landed phenomenally. Super insightful! :)
Thoroughly liked both the episode..and find it very helpful ! Being a non tech startup...i find many of your topic over my head but few fundamentals you shared are surely touched me. Thanks @shantanu @Toshan
Loved this conversation! Shantanu thank you this efforts you are putting up. couldn’t agree more on your philosophy of godification of celebs. Thanks for taking a lions share in making entrepreneurship real in india! Lots of wishes
I have a question , you say if you have 50 cr you ll retire. Or ankur says if he has 22 cr , he ll retire Why can y'all not sell your stake in your respective companies, the monetary value of which I believe would be much more than the respective benchmarks and have the 50/22cr and that's it.
I didn't say I'll retire. I just meant I don't have to work for money again. And have done already what youve said. 🙃 selling shares of high amounts is not easy. No one wants you to sell because it signals poorly. But that call is urs and urs alone 😊
@@shantanudeshpande Oh understood ! I am sure (even though can't relate much, cause not a founder )to fully or partially exit your own company takes a lot of guts and would be such an internal battle. May be much more difficult than how it looks on the outside. Cause when the idea or the thought to exit comes to you it's counter intuitive and is still in just your mind. Almost like playing chess with yourself. Kudos to you !
@@shantanudeshpande Also thinking in that manner makes the goals on relative terms much more believable in the shorter term. Like everyone wants to have an organisation that is immensely profitable and does xyz number in revenue but you don't need to do xyz in revenue if you don't like it and have achieved your safety net.
Guys plz dont eat while youre talking. You can be in a fasting state for 1-2 hours.. dont disrespect our time!.. mean no disrespect but its annoying, keep water or a drink that suits your throat.. the knowledge you share is valuable but its distracting to see the food on table and hosts + guests munching. 🙏💪.. feedback for improvement
The podcast would have been much better sans the alcohol. It makes sense to preserve the cognitive and intellectual capacity you both posses; alcohol does the opposite. It is outrageously bad for health in every way possible.

He said 21.73.
I know, I'll see my way out
